Tumakbo ako pababa ng hagdan papunta sa pintuan nang bumukas bigla iyon at...

"I miss my baby Raven and of course Rain."

"I miss my boys so much- oh."

Lahat kami natigilan. Lalong lalo na 'ko dahil hindi ko alam ang gagawin at sasabihin ko habang nakatingin sa tatlong ginang dito.

Bakit ngayon? Bakit sabay sabay?

They frowned when they realized that the girl in front of them is all messed up.

One of them is about to talk when a man walked in.

"Hello Xyzzy." He smiled, and soon also frowned.

Kahit nahihirapan at parang hindi ko kakayanin ang mangyayari sumunod din ako paakyat.

Alam kong makakarinig ako ng mga salitang masasakit, and I can't blame their mothers.

Dumating ako sa kwarto at kitang kita ko ang pagluha ng nanay ni Zaine at Aki habang tinitignan si Zaine. And I couldn't be guiltier. Breii and Brile's mom is worried and crying too. Sinisiguro lang naman ng mommy ni Raven at Rain kung ayos lang sila. Mr. Nick is beside me on the door way.

But on the corner, I saw Zahir quietly and sadly staring at them. Where is his mom?

"What happened?" Malakas na tanong ni sir na bahagyang nagpatahimik sa lahat.

No one dared to answer, even me.

Lumayo si Mavie kay Breii at lumapit sa 'kin para hawakan ako sa kamay.

"Again, what happened? RAIN AIDEN." Sir again asked and glues his eyes on Rain.

"Papa, Zaine and Brile were fighting when we arrived. And soon Aki and Breii fought too." Rain answered and looked down.

"And why is that? Zaine? Brile Yu-Rhi?" Sir asked before walking to Brile's direction.

Lumapit naman sa 'kin si Zahir at yumakap sa waist ko. "Ate, 'wag mo muna akong sukuan." He whispered softly.

My heart broke even more with his words. Surely mawawalan na 'ko ng trabaho nito, surely iiwan na nila 'ko. But still, tumango ako para bitiwan ako ni Zahir.

"Brile, I'm talking to you young man. Since when did you become your father?" Malamig na tanong ni sir habang nakatingin lang kay Brile. "BRILE!"

Lahat kami nagulat sa pagsigaw ni sir. No one won't be pressured and scared once he talks that way, honestly.

But Brile kept his eyes on the floor.
