Rile Zahir's POV

"Who's that noisy?!" I angrily shouted and pulled a pillow up to my head and tried to get some sleep.

Okay. Uncle Yu-Rhi being home isn't really good! And I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one thinking this way.

"Get up young guy."

Just after I heard that, I damn screamed when someone pulled me down on the floor! Putang ina talaga. Ang aga para mag mura pero putang ina ang sakit ng likod ko.

Pipikit pikit akong tumingin sa humila sa 'kin. I swear I tried to roll my eyes but it got bigger when I saw my five cousins and two old men.

"What the hell are you doing here?!" I said and went to my bed.

Sanay na rin naman akong mahulog sa (maling tao) bed, makakaya ko pa ulit matulog.

"Zahir..."

Pota. Agad akong napadilat ng mata nang tawagin ako ni Raven sa malanding tono. Bwisit talaga mga taong 'to.

"Gising na. Bago pa kita kita hilain." He added with that annoying tone!

And he fucking jumped on me when I didn't move! And then one more, and one more. TANG INA!

"Ano ba?!" Galit na galit kong sigaw sa kanila at tumayo na saka dumeretso sa banyo.

Bwisit talaga. Walang pasok ngayon at gusto ko naman sanang matulog lang at maligo mamayang hapon na pero bwisit!

"Zahir! Napakatagal!"

"Pakialam mo ba?" Masungit kong sagot kay Raven at inihagis ang phone ko sa bed.

I just finished taking a bath and he's here again. I don't know. Hilig na hilig siyang gaguhin ako. Tapos magtataka sila kung bakit kami laging 'di magkasundo. Sinong abnormal ba natutuwa kapag may asong laging nanunutil sa tabi niya?

"Gago ready na kasi breakfast. Ikaw nalang hinihintay. Sila ate Xyzzy nandito na." He answered and threw me my shirt.

"Susunod na 'ko." I just said and thank goodness he went out.

I picked my phone back and put it on my ear.

"How are you Annie? Is the apartment still okay for you? I told you you should've stayed in a condo."

["No need. Sobra sobra na nga 'to. You really don't have to do these. It's too much."]

"You think I'll be okay knowing that you are still staying in one house with bitches?"

["Okay." She laughs. "I'll pay you soon. Thank you."]

I smiled and put the call off.

"What the fuck?"

That was all I said. Not because ate Xyzzy and Brile are already here. Not because uncle Yu-Rhi and uncle TAM are here. But because he's here.

"Hey son."

"Why the hell are you here?" I smiled and went to him for a hug.

"Yes big guy, greet me like shit. Missed me?" He chuckled and hugged me tighter.

"Why wouldn't I? Ikaw lang natutuwa sa existence ko."

"Don't be like that you dumb ass. Your son is never you, Riley."

That was uncle Yu-Rhi. I know, I know, no need for introduction for this man.

"You sit down. I cooked you a steak." Dad smiled.
