"Here. Start drinking." J hands a bottle of whiskey to Colin.
"Why?" He asks as he opens the bottle.
"You're gonna drink until you black out and forget tonight's events."
"What! Why?"
"Because, you were not to be an audience to that fight. I'm not in the mood to fight with you tonight. I have my hands full with these two. So please just cooperate." J says 'these two' like we're a gang who just killed his pregnant girlfriend. It makes me feel kind of sad.
"But now that I've already heard the fight, I might as well just get to know the whole thing. I mean we're all friends right? What's up with all the secrets?" Colin hands J back the bottle.
"If you don't drink it up, you'll wake up with a black eye without your memories of your whole life. So if you don't want an amnesia then bottom's up!" Seth hands back the bottle to Colin in a threatening way.
"Seth! Behave. Colin, just please drink it. I would tell you. But its not my secret to tell. And when she comes back, she's gonna kill me for telling on her." I try to calm Colin.
"Okay. But the only reason I'm drinking this is because you asked me nicely. These two jackasses have nothing to do with it." Colin glares at Seth as he says this.
"Whatever. You two, start talking." J looks at me and Seth pointedly. I think I pissed my pants. Oh wait, that's Seth.
"He lied first."
"She lied first."
We both point at each other together.
J facepalms himself. "Val you start."
"What! Why Val first!? J you're being sexist. Don't think with your pants bro, think with your head." Seth whines.
"Shut it, before I do." J threatens and Seth shuts up.
"So I went to Seth's one night and he wasn't home. Nick said he was out on a date. I knew that wasn't true. So I dialled him up. He said he was home. He lied. Then I went out with Dex to look for him. I couldn't because Dex is just a terrible detective. He was absolutely useless."
"You should've asked me." J interrupted.
"Yeah, I should've. Remember that time we followed Stacy on her first date?"
"Yeah we were totally incognito until that guy figured something was under their table." J mentioned and we both chuckled.
"I can't belive he didn't figure it out sooner. I mean you two were under his fucking table. I mean seriously." Seth interrupted.
"Wait, how does someone not recognize that something, actually 2 somethings are under his table." Colin asks.
"Well in that guy's defense, we were really quite, and Stacy covered up for us saying that it was just a tiny earthquake." I answer.
"Hey! Back to the point. And you keep drinking."
"Yes sir." We both say in unison.
"Right so then the next morning, Colin shows up to pick me up. I mean Seth actually thought he could get away with not picking me up. And he sent Colin, out of all the people in the whole world, he sent Colin. Like seriously!" I raise up my hands in the air for dramatic effect.
"You should've sent me instead." J again butts in.
"Yeah after the last time I saw you two in a car together, I pretty much took a pledge to never put you two in a car unsupervised ever in my life." Seth rolls his eyes.
