$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Amy was alone in a white room, all she saw was an endless atmosphere of white that seemed to glow back at her.

She was dreaming, she knew she was.

She didn't feel ground below her, but she was standing. How? She didn't know.

She felt like a pair of eyes floating in mid air.

Amy was confused, but yet, she felt numb. She didn't feel frustrated, she felt...at peace somehow.

The silence was comforting.

"It hurts doesn't it?"

Amy looked around the blank place confused.

Who said that?

"Having to leave everyone behind. Your friends, your family, him."

She felt her lips form in a thin line. Who is this and what are they saying?

"Cancer is one of the world's most feared diseases, Amy. And having to go through it at such a young age is heartbreaking."

When those words echoed, Amy could help but feel a weight in her chest.

Everything then felt heavy and she slowly felt her self fall until her fingertips hit a hard surface; the ground.

She watched as color slowly spread across the room from were she made contact.

She looked around in awe and saw she was in the middle of a cute busy street.

It looked somewhat related to Paris.

She always wanted to go to Paris.

She stood up from the ground, looking around in amusement and confusion.

People walked passed her, not one person sparing her a glance.

She thought about asking someone for help, or an explanation, but when she went to someone they would walk right through her, leaving a cold, empty feeling in her chest.

She shivered.

She felt like a ghost.

"What are you trying to do Amy?" That voice said again.

She opened her mouth to speak but no words came out, not a sound.

Even when she walked, the sound of her footsteps were non existent.

She was voiceless.

"I wasn't done speaking." The voice continued.

She could feel it pierce into her mind, cutting deep and leaving her to hold her head with her hands.
