She woke up the next morning with the biggest smile on her face.
She couldn't stop grinning and she knew why.
Her mind went back to her afternoon with Clayton yesterday and her fingers brushed her lips.
They kissed.
Amy felt over cloud nine just by the thought, at that moment his lips met hers she knew for sure she had more than just feelings for him.
It was weird tho, falling so easily for someone you just met.
Amy didn't mind, she didn't care of the bad parts about it at all.
She was just looking forward to enjoying what they had, and exploring her feelings for him.
She found out Clayton was homeschooled. She didn't mind really, it made no difference between them.
They went on a trip to the mall, the park and a fast food Resturant.
They kissed at the end of their hangout and Clayton ended the cute little moment by asking her on a date.
She said yes of course.

Amy walked into the school building, spotting Deborah almost immediately.
She rushed over to her.
"Deborah, why you weren't at school yesterday?" She asked, not bothering to greet her.
Deborah sighed, her eyes holding a sad emotion Amy couldn't help but notice.
"I wasn't feeling too well, I'm fine now - don't ask."
Amy bit her lip, she didn't like this part of Deborah. She was so not herself.
She thought about telling her about Clayton but decided against it. Maybe another time.
She tried starting a conversation but it was harder than she thought when all Deborah would do was nod or grunt in response.
It went on like that till Amy's lips were set on a thin line. She was pissed about everything and wished it would go back to the way it was.
Before the heartbreak.
Before the cancer.
Before the fall.
She felt frustrated.
