This happens, if I work on an already existing chapter while being stuck in a writer's block. And then I realize, it's time to start the next chapter. Without knowing how to continue. That can also look like this:

But hey, all of the above is only the case if I actually have a writer's block, or if I am completely fatigue and hop into bed after creating this chapter. And that's only 70% of all the cases I write in...
