Damon's POV
"Give me a fuckin' kiss!"
"No."
"I wasn't asking!"
She turns her body away from me with her arms over her chest, shielding herself from my eyes.
"Look woman- I wasn't calling you fat!" I grab her hips and yank her towards me.
"Shut up, you were."
"I love- I like you just the way you are, it was a compliment for fucks sake." I roll my eyes at her stupidity.
"Ye-yeah?"
"I would never insult you like that, well... I wouldn't insult your weight." I explain.
"Maybe I over exaggerated a little, I'm sorry. I've been moody all day I don't know what's wrong with me."
"Give me a kiss, so I know you aren't mad." I grab her throat and push my lips against hers.
"I'm much better now." She gives a lopsided smile.
"Never deny me when I want a kiss." I tighten my grip around her neck and she whimpers.
"Okay." She nods to the best of her ability before I release her.
"This is definitely the dress you're getting." I couldn't help but lick my lips as I stared at her in the mirror.
I never would have guessed I'd be such a fucking horndog for this dumb girl.
"Really? You like it?" She looks over her reflection.
"Yes. You look good." I nod. "Now hurry up and change, I'm getting claustrophobic." I take a seat on the small chair in front of her.
After she changes back into her own clothes, we sneak out of the dressing room one by one with a few judging eyes on us.

"Hey can we stop at the food court, I'm starving and my feet hurt."
"Sure." I shrug and follow behind her. "I'll find a table you go ahead." She nods and walks towards one of the small lines.
I check my phone and still have no sort of reply from Joaquin.
"Back." She pulls out a seat in front of me.
"I know you weren't hungry but I got you a drink." She smiles, sliding the cup and straw towards me.
"Thanks, I guess you aren't completely useless." I take a sip from the drink, watching her flustered appearance.
"Luna? I thought that was you!" We both look up at the woman walking towards us.
The woman from the hospital?
The smile on Lylah's face drops, turning into a hard glare.
"Sorry you have the wrong person." Her voice was hostile.
She clearly recognized her too.
"Please don't be like that towards me." She pleads.
"What do you want woman?"
"A hug, I'll even settle for a smile."
"No, you don't deserve it, you can't even call me by my real name." She scoffs.
"It's a bad habit, forgive me."
"Why should I forgive you, so you can ditch me again?"
"Lylah I did what was best for you, I wasn't fit to raise you. You would have been all screwed up if I kept you."
Is this her mom? Was she adopted?
"I'm still messed up because of you!" Lylah let out a laugh but you could hear the pain in her voice.
It was like she was a whole new person when they talked to each other. The woman must be used to her attitude given how patient and calm she is.
"Hey quiet down don't cause a scene." I cut in.
"It's fine, I'm done talking." She drops all of her food back in the bag before standing.
"Luna- I mean Lylah please, I'm just trying to be there for you." The woman sighs.
"Yeah sure, see ya around Sasha." She gives a fake smile before pulling me up out of my chair.
"Watch her." She mouthed to me and I nod quickly, trailing behind Lylah.
"You have some explaining to do."
