Edwin^^^
Third Person POV
Monday morning rolled around and Damon wasn't happy about it. He thought he was going to have to avoid Lylah, still having a small feeling she was a stalker. His theory was proven wrong when she walked right past him, not even glancing his way.
This action left him confused, and a little upset.
She continues like this everytime they pass each other. Lunch was no exception, but Damon needed answers.
They made eye contact so he quickly took the chance to motion her over with his finger.
She stood from her seat, which was Edwin's lap and slowly made her way to him. She bent down in front of him waiting for him to speak.
"You wanna explain why you're ignoring me?" He crosses his arms over his chest.
She only shrugs.
"So... you're over me now? Crush gone?" He looks up with hopeful eyes.
"No."
"Wait I'm confused." He gives a fake laugh.
"My feelings are not gone, I'm just... done bothering you. It was embarrassing the way I chased after you when you clearly didn't like me. So you don't have to worry about me harassing you." She gives a small smile, looking at his jaw lock.
"Wait, where is all of this coming from, since when do you care about me rejecting you? Did... did someone get into your head?" His brows furrow, trying to understand her, and himself.
"Y'know for someone who doesn't care about me, you sure have a lot of questions."
"I'm a complicated guy." He shrugs with a ghost of a smile.
"I thought you'd be happy, you seem upset?" Her head tilts.
"Oh trust me I'm elated that you realize how pathetic you are, really, it's just-"
"Then let it go, you can go back to ignoring my existence." She gave a small nod with a smile before turning her back to him.

Damon's POV
"So you told him?"
"Yes I think he understood."
"So, you free tonight? I was thinking we could g-"
"Sorry not tonight, maybe another day."
"Where are you going?"
"Bathroom, I'll text you when I get home."
"Fine."
I heard that voice and knew it was Lylah.
I waited against the wall until she poked her head out of the bathroom door. She looked both ways before exiting.
"Damon?" Her eyes widen when she spots me.
I decide to cut straight to the point.
"You're hiding? Why?"
"Not hiding, just need me time." She looks at her shoes.
"Your new boy toy smothering you already?"
"Not boy toy, he's only a friend. Why are you here?"
"Hm actually I was on my way out the door when I heard you guys." I look around trying not to look her in the eyes.
She didn't respond, she just gave a weird smile.
"I-"
"Hey I think your nose is bleeding." I push off of the wall and walk towards her but she puts a hand to my chest.
"Oh it's okay, it happens." She rushes back into the bathroom before I could call her out on the bullshit lie.
I decide to leave, she most likely wants space after that. It's none of my business why she gets nosebleeds or sits on all of her friends' laps.
I don't even care about the girl, I should let my curiosity die before she gets the wrong idea.
