Chapter 2 - Crawling with hot guys

I woke up with a headache as if I hit my head so hard on the ground, I sat down and realized I'm not at school anymore. I looked around, it was just a simple white room, beside the bed I laying was a desk with a glass of water and aspirin on it so without thinking twice I put a couple of pills in my mouth and drank it then there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" I said trying to be loud enough for them to hear.

James and Lionel came in, "I'm sorry about what happened, how are you feeling, Eve?" James apologized, that british accent................ I cleared my throat and answered "I'm getting better, what was that anyway?", James let out a big sigh "Zach gave you your jewel" he replied, "WHAT THE FUCK?!" I shouted and almost choke on the water I was drinking, Lionel put his hand on James and said softly "I think it's time for her to know", they looked at each other and James nodded. He approched me "Come on, let's get you to Velvet" he told me, so I got up and followed them.

I was walking in middle of Lionel and James, for some reason I wondered where Zach is then I thought of something more important... Where the fuck am I?! We stopped in front of a tall wooden carved door and they both opened each one for me , they gestured me to go in as I got inside they closed the door and I could hear that they locked it. I was amaze by what's surround me.

Books everywhere, it like a library but three times big, it had 5 stories of book shelves, a spiral stair in the middle of the room, and each shelf have their own stairs for people to reach the books. There were a few of study desks, 4 big chandelier were hanging on the ceiling, without realizing I was smiling with joy. "I see someone likes our study room" someone said behind me, when I turned around it was a silver haired guy standing on the stairs looking at me. Seriously, why is this place crawling with extremely hot guys?! He went down the stairs and walked toward me, he smiled at me as he faced me and said "Welcome, Evangeline. My name is Velvet Onyx Harrison" then he did a gentleman bow, he looked so formal, he was wearing a black robe with white shirt, black vest, a bow tie, black pants, he even had that vintage clock where they put on the chest pocket.

"Okay, enough introduction... Can you just explain to me where am I and what am I doing here please?" I asked him frustrated, he looked at me with an impression that I just couldn't describe then he began to explain "You, Evangeline  Sapphire Bleu, are in Jewels Institute. Shall I begin?" I gave him a confused look then he turned around and started to walk, so I followed him, he continued "You have a gift, a gift no one could ever had. You, me, James, Zach, and Lionel are the chosen one, to stop Amethyst. You hold the Sapphire jewel, Eve, your name represent it. James Emerald, he holds the Emerald jewel, Lionel George Allnat, he got the Allnatt jewel, Zachary Ruby Phoenix, he holds Ruby jewel and I hold the Onyx jewel." he stopped and took out a big book from a shelf, blew out the dust on the cover and gave it to me.

"A long time ago, there was an world called "Crystal Empire" and it had 6 jewel lands, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Onyx, Allnatt, and Amethyst. They all lived in harmony, no wars, no hatred, all peace but then Amethyst had other plans. Their ruler were craving for power, he wants to have all of the empires and make the world his own. Wars happened, but the blood of innocent people being sacrifice on the field of war were wasted. So the 5 jewels united and defeated Amethyst but they seek vengeance, Sapphire was the most powerful jewel there is, so it combined the others together to defeat darkness. Amethyst broke out from his prison and made the jewels that were locking him in got shattered. We need you to once again defeat Amethyst, it can't be done if one jewel is missing. If we don't do this, not only the Crystal Empire but the whole world will be in danger, Amethyst knows no mercy. He's blinded by fortune, greed, and power" he finished while I still studying about the book Velvet just gave me.

I closed the book and caught Velvet staring at me. He looked as if he's pleading with his eyes, I said "This is too much... I mean I'm a nobody, I just moved from New York to London. This is..." I walked straight to the door before I finished my sentence but then he replied "Your parents' death was not an accident" I froze when I heard that, "They were planned. You were in the car with them." he continued but I tried to ignore him and got out from the study room.

I paced around the big house when finally I found an empty space, I sat down on the middle of the room and suddenly tears were falling down my cheek. It's been a hard day so I just want some peace and quiet.

new chapter 2 updated, I was planning to finish the whole story then publish it but well life has other plan xD
