*Natalie's POV

"Hog Eye," I yelled across the bar as soon as I entered, grabbing the bartender's attention and a few other serpents.

"Well look at what the cat dragged in," he chuckled while wiping down the counter. "What are you doing here," he eyed me suspiciously. "You know I can't give you a drink until after 10."

"I know," I rolled my eyes in annoyance remembering the rule he gave me over the summer. "I'm here to see FP, is he in?" He nodded his head and I made my way to FP's office. I knocked and heard a 'who is it'.

"Nat," I responded.

"Come in," I opened the door and saw FP sitting behind his desk.

"You called," I asked as I plopped down in the chair that was in front of his desk.

"Yeah, where were you earlier," I knew he was going to ask this, since I missed his call earlier.

"I was just handling some business," I shrugged my shoulders.

"Penny?" he let out a heavy sigh.

"Yeah, you know how that is," I mumbled not really caring at this point. Penny Peabody also known as the snake charmer was one not to do business with. Hell we all knew it, but we still did it anyways! She was the one all the serpents went to when we got in trouble with the law, and in return all we had to do was a favor whenever she needed it, and it just so happened to be around the time FP called.

"What was it," he gave me a questioning look.

"Nothing important," I said sitting up straight. "So what was it that you needed," I changed the subject not wanting to talk about lowlife Penny anymore.

"The drive-in is having a last showing tomorrow night," I looked at him confused not really grasping what he was was trying to tell me. "Jughead is going to be there," I nodded, finally getting it.

"You want me to look out for him," he shook his head yes.

"Just make sure he doesn't do anything stupid" he paused for a second. "I know how much that drive-in means to him."

"Yeah I know," I whispered remembering the countless times Jughead, his little sister, and I would hide in the trunk of the car because FP couldn't afford that many tickets.

"Hey T," I greeted Toni as I got off my motorcycle.

"I never thought I'd see the day to see 'the' Natalie Anderson at a public event," she joked.

"It's just a drive-in Topaz, chill out." I said shoving her slightly. Toni was really the only girl serpent I got along with and that was just because the other girls never really talked to me, but Toni always just told me it was because I was intimidating.

"Is Fogarty here," I asked as we made our way closer to the rest of the serpents, and I leaned against a random motorcycle.

"He went to go get some food," she answered. I looked around and took in my surroundings and saw nothing but a bunch of Northsiders on the lot. I rolled my eyes in annoyance, and tried to see if I could find Jughead in the mix, but I couldn't.

"That's my motorcycle you're on," an angry male voice snapped me out of my thoughts.

"So what," I spat eyeing him up and down.

"Get the hell off," he yelled. Who the hell does this kid think he is?
