*Natalie's POV
"Your lawyer is here," The Sheriff announced as he swung the door open.
My lawyer?
What lawyer?
"It's nice to finally meet you, Natalie." A blonde woman spoke. "I would like to speak to my client alone." She turned to the Sheriff.
"Hmm," he huffed and walked out shutting the door behind him.
"Who are you? I didn't call a lawyer." I spat.
"FP sent me," I looked at her confused. "Don't worry," she set her messenger bag down. "I'm one of you." She pulled up her blazer sleeve.
"You're a serpent?" I whispered in amazement.
"Yup," she pulled the chair out from the other side. "And I think you and I are gonna be very close." She smirked.
"The names Penny, Penny Peabody." She said sitting down. "But I also go by the Snake Charmer."
I smirked to myself. My fucking lawyer is a serpent. I smiled at her and sat back in my seat.
I'll be out of here in no time.
"Natalie!" I heard Jughead on the other side of my front door.
"Girl, I know you're in there! Open up!" I heard FP. What the hell is he doing here?
"What?" I yanked open the door and instantly glared at Jughead. "Where? Where did you find it?" I looked between Betty and Jughead.
"There's no time," FP spoke up. "We gotta head down to the Wyrm." I shook my head and went back inside to grab my jacket and motorcycle keys.

"Stop the damn vote," FP yelled as the four of us walked into the Wyrm. There were soft murmurs as we walked in with Jughead leading the way carrying Pickens' head.
"What the hell were you doing at the dump last week, Tall Boy? I sat behind Tall Boy as FP interrogated him.
"I don't know what you're talking about." He stared playing dumb.
"I'm talking about you cutting the head off and stashing it at the dump where you were seen, dumbass!" FP began to roll up his bandana over his knuckles. "So start spilling," he yelled.
"Why'd you do it? Someone put you up to this?" Jughead asked getting in Tall Boy's face.
"What's the Northsider doing here?" He said referring to Betty. "This is serpent business, it's on serpent land." I looked at Betty.
"She's one of us," god I can't believe I'm saying this. "She's done the serpent dance." Betty looked at me nodding as if thanking me.
"You haven't answered my son's question," FP yelled now at the edge of his seat.
"Cause I'm tired of seeing the serpents going soft under your rule." Tall Boy spat. "Then Hiram Lodge came by, wanting to stir up some trouble." I shook my head in disbelief. "He said if I took the head, he'd get McCoy and the cops to swarm all over us, cause some chaos." He said rather nonchalantly.
"So Hiram asked you to start a mutiny and you helped him," Jughead's words were laced in disgust. "Why?"
"I figured it'd be my chance to get rid of you, sunshine." He sneered in Jughead's face. "And if I got rid of him, I could get rid of you too, FP." Tall Boy leaned back in his seat.
"And then what?" FP rose from his seat. "You'd become leader?"
"You think I would have let you got away with this?" I stood up from my chair angrily and roughly placed my hands on his shoulder and made my way over to see him face to face.
