*Sweet Pea's POV

The gun shot rang through the air and we all quickly crouched down to protect ourselves.

There was screaming and shoving to see who had been shot.

As I stood up I saw Natalie standing there.

"No, no, no." I rushed to her side.

"Natalie!" FP rushed to her other side as he saw her.

Jughead, FP and I quickly laid her back on the ground.

"Sweet Pea, come on." Toni cried, snapping me out of my thoughts and quickly grabbed my hands. "Apply pressure." She placed my hands on Natalie's wound. As soon as I did that, Natalie winced out in pain.

"Get help!" Jughead cried out.

"Come on we'll take her in the truck," FP rushed, knowing that no one was going to help us. "On the count of three." He nodded. "1... 2...3..." We stood her up. Fangs quickly went to open the back door of the truck so we could put Natalie in. I took no time in getting in the back with her. I had her head in my lap as I continued to apply pressure.

"Come on, baby." I muttered. The two front doors opened at the same time, Jughead hopped in the passengers side, and FP in the driver's seat.

"Hold on, Nat." FP called from the front as he began to drive quickly.

"Natalie, you have to stay alive." I yelled at her.

I can't let her go.

"You hear me?"

She can't die.

"I love you, Natalie."

I looked down at her and she had tears running down her face.

"I-I-I love you too, Sweet Pea." She gave me a weak smile. She weakly brought up her hand and placed it on my cheek.

"Don't cry." She whispered, as she moved her thumb across my cheek.

I hadn't even realized that I was crying.

"Come on," FP yanked open the back door.

We made it to the hospital.

*FP's POV

"Help!" Jughead yelled. "We need a doctor!"

But nobody paid him any attention.

"She was shot!" Jughead yelled at the nurse at the front desk.

"I need you to step back." The nurse snapped.

"My sister is dying!" He cried out.

"Hey, what's gong on here?" A doctor rushed over to him.

"My sister was shot right in the stomach." Jughead explained.

"Get me a gurney." The doctor ordered.

"Lift up, lift up." Sweet Pea and I placed Natalie onto the gurney.

"Let's go." The doctor ordered.

"No. No. No." Natalie shook her head and grabbed my arm firmly as they were about to take her away.

"Please, daddy." She cried out.

"Hey, hey, hey." I got closer to her. "You hang in there, sweetheart." I kissed the top of her head. "I'll be right here waiting for you."
