*Natalie's POV

"When will I belong!" I sung. "Look where I am, damn! My whole life feels so wrong," I pulled Sweet Pea closer to me.

He pulled my hair out of my face.

"I l-"

"Damn it." I cursed as my alarm went off. "We're gonna be late." I got off his lap and quickly went to my closet. "Kevin will literally throw a fit if I'm late." I rushed rummaging through my closet.

"Until you're in!" We all belted and sat down in our chairs.

"Welcome to Carrie, The Musical." Kevin announced.

Fangs got on stage and pulled a chair in between Kevin and I.

"Did you bring it," I whispered as Fangs stopped making his chair screech and finally sat down.

"Yeah," he gave me a small bag.

"Thanks," I whispered.

"Uh uhm." Kevin cleared his throat.

"What," I pulled out a breakfast bagel from Pops. "I didn't eat anything this morning." I looked at everyone.

"Alright," Kevin sighed. "Act one, scene one." We all opened up our scripts.

"Actually," Cheryl stood up. "Before we begin I've heard whispering a that some of you don't think I'm fit to play or sing..."

"No," Josie rolled her eyes.

"The role of Carrie White. So let's settle this matter one and for all." Cheryl stood confidently. "Maestro?"

"Can you be any more sel-" Toni slapped my shoulder before I could finish.

"I'd heard that word, sounding so sweet. Thousands of voices forever repeating..." I guess she was pretty good after all. "I am a song of endless wonder, that no one will claim. But someday, some one will know my name." Toni was quick on her feet to applaud Cheryl.

"Wow," Kevin praised. "I think I speak for everyone when I say that was incredible, Cheryl." Cheryl smiled and began to strut back to her seat.

"Ah!" Cheryl screamed as one of the sand bags from the ceiling came crashing down right in front of her.

"See this is why I don't do this type of shit," I mumbled to no one in particular.

"What's happening, handsome?" I looked up from my textbook and saw Alice walk in.

"Just bussin' tables, Alice." FP looked at her. "You?" He asked walking away from her.

"Hey Nat," she smiled at me. I lifted up my pencil and slightly waved. "Just finished rehearsal." She answered his question. "I'm in the high school musical. Can you believe it?" She beamed. "Right Nat?" She turned to me.

"Yeah, I guess so." I looked at FP. "She's not so tone death as I thought she'd be." I shrugged laughing. I earned a slap on the arm from Alice.

"Maybe you'll come by?" I shot FP a questioning look. "Check it out." She sighed.

"I'm working, Alice." He let her down gently. "Sorry." Alice's mood instantly changed.

"Wow, really?" She exclaimed. "This old act again?" Old act? Again? "I was afraid our kids were going to make the same mistakes we did, but, it turns out, we're the ones making them, all over again." She said tiredly and walked out of Pops. FP just sighed and looked at me.

"So, you and Alice?" I wiggled my eyebrows. It was my turn to pick on him.

"Just keep doing you homework," he threw a towel at me.
