*Natalie's POV

"Can you quit it," I sighed looking up from the box.

"Why are you doing this anyways?" Sweet Pea stopped throwing crumbled up newspaper balls at me.

"Always gotta have a plan." I muttered and went back to taping up the box. "Can you get me another trash bag?"

"Alright," he got up from the couch. "Where are they?"

"Under the sink." I answered.

I got up from the floor and sat on the couch.

"What is this?" I sighed and looked at Sweet Pea.

I stayed quiet.

"Natalie, what is this?" He asked me again. He came closer to me. "Did he send this to you?" He looked down at me with the note in hand.

"Yeah," I sighed. "But it's all under control." I got up from the couch and looked at him.

"Trust me." He clenched his jaw and just nodded.

"You," I angrily shoved him against the wall. "Need to tell that son of a bitch to leave me the hell alone," I shoved him again. "We had a deal." I gritted through my teeth.

"Hey, hey, it's alright. I got this." He put his hand up to stop the others from trying to get involved. They turned around and walked back into their hell hole.

"Natalie?" I had on all black so they wouldn't be able to see me.

"We had a deal, Chris." I repeated.

"And? What the hell do you want me to do about it?" I let him go.

"You're his messenger aren't you?" I barked.

"So make sure he gets the message." I pulled down my hoodie and looked at him.

I punched him in the jaw and started to kick his side as he collapsed onto the ground.

"Do I make myself clear?" I bent down and held my blade to his throat.

"Mhmm" he groaned.

"What was that? I can't hear you," I grabbed his face.

"Okay," he coughed up blood.

"Good."

"Fair warning, our Shadow Lake chalet is rustic, but it has breath-taking views of the mountains, the water..."

"That sounds heavenly, Vee."

I looked up at the clock.

"What do you say, Jug? Can you bear it?" Betty questioned Jughead.

Where the hell is Toni?

"As long as it's cool with your dad." Jughead responded.

"Mr. Lodge actually suggested it." Archie chimed in.

"Yeah," Veronica smiled. "Your more then welcome to join us Natalie." I chuckled. "You and your beau could come along, it is a couples getaway after all."

"Please," I huffed. "I'd rather gouge my own eyes out then be stuck with a bunch of morons." I saw Toni waving to me at the doorway.

"Catch ya later, Jones." I ruffled the top of his beanie and got off the arm rest. "Betty." I acknowledged her. She nodded and I walked away.
