*Natalie's POV
Once Cheryl brought her scarf down I stepped on the gas pedal.
"I love you so much," He whispered.
"It's just you and me against the whole world." He entwined our hands together. I pulled him closer to me.
"What do you want?" He smirked.
"I want you." I managed to choke out. He placed his hand under my chin. His eyes kept moving down to my lips and back up at me. He finally closed the space between us and kissed me.
"I... love... you..." I said in between kisses. He looked up at me and smiled. He guided us to the bed and laid us down.
"I love you, Natalie." He pushed the few strands of hair I had away from my face.
"I love you too, Malachai."
"Nat, slow down!" Jughead yelled.
"I know what I'm doing." I gripped onto the steering wheel even harder.
Malachai ended up bumping into us making the car swerve a bit.
"Damn it." I cursed. I knew he was gonna play dirty. I looked out of the passenger window and saw him smiling. So, I ended up bumping into him as well, but just a bit more harder causing him to swerve.
"Natalie," Jughead warned.
"I got it," I yelled at him.
"Nat, we're coming up to the bridge." Archie pointed out.
"Yeah, I can see that."
"It's too narrow for both of us." Archie complained, but I kept going.
"Jug, we should abort." I shot a quick glance at Jughead and then looked back at the road.
"And let them win?" Jughead exclaimed. "No way! Natalie's got this!" I couldn't help but smile.
"We will both crash on that bridge." Archie cried.
"Serpents are joining the ghoulies over my dead body, Archie." I snapped.
"I'm sorry, Nat. But I didn't agree to those terms." He pulled on the emergency break making the tires squeal and for us to come to stop and for Malachai to continue on.
"Why would you do that?" I yelled at him as we all jumped out of the car. I grabbed him by his varsity jacket. I'm gonna kill him.
"Trust me, Nat, you're gonna thank me for this." Police sirens began to go off and I shoved Archie into Jughead and took off running to the bridge.
"Nat, wait!" I saw a group of officers waiting there.
"Come on, Nat, we gotta go." Jughead pulled me back.
"You called the cops?" Tall Boy yelled in Jughead's face. "You won't throw in with the ghoulies, but you will with the pigs?" He continued yelling. "Where's the honor in that?"
"Calm the fuck down, Tall Boy." I shoved him back angrily. "How were we supposed to know that Keller was gonna be there?"
"I called Keller." I turned around and looked at Archie.
"What the hell, Archie?" Jughead yelled. I took two long strides and punched Archie in the face.
"Nat!" I heard someone yell. But I kept hitting him.
"You fucking idiot," I felt two arms pull me back.
"This was my idea to get rid of the ghoulies, and it worked." He finally stood up straight.
"Yeah but for how long?" I yelled. "A month maybe three? You're a dumbass Andrews! You know what they'll want when they get out? Your head on a stake! All of ours!" I yelled in his face.
"Princess, we gotta go. You can't be here." Sweet Pea turned me away and walked us back to the bikes.
"Go, you need to get out of here." He spoke up.
"I'll meet you back at your trailer." He spoke calmly before making his way back to his motorcycle.

"I mean can you believe him," I cracked open my third beer.
"You should probably slow down, Nat." I just glared at Sweet Pea.
"God, the Northsiders always ruin everything." I sighed and took a sip from my beer.
"Hey, it's all gonna be okay. The ghoulies are gone for now." He wrapped his arm around me. "You stress too much." He kissed my temple.
"Yeah, well who else is gonna take care of us?" I sighed and leaned into his side more.
He didn't respond. We both sat there in complete silence.
"Pea?" I looked up at him.
"Yeah baby?" My heart beat quickened.
"Thank you."
"For what, princess?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
"For just being you." I kissed his cheek.
"You're going soft on me, princess." He chuckled. "I kinda like it." He bent down and kissed me. It was sweet and soft.
It was so innocent.
"We'll get through this, princess." He reassured me. "I promise." He kissed my temple once again.
He grabbed the remote that was right next to him and flicked the tv on and began to scroll through the channels. I kicked my shoes off and brought my legs up on the couch. I grabbed the blanket that was folded on top of the couch, and threw it over the both of us.
"Is this okay?" He looked at me.
"Yeah, it's fine." I replied not really paying attention. But just looked at him as his gaze was glued to the television.
"What," he chuckled.
"Nothing." I shrugged my shoulders and snuggled up closer to him and turned my attention to the television.
