If they wanted to let me freak out, it worked. What do they mean with break me? And which respect?
I stumble through the soldiers and people of Rohan towards my chamber. I feel so much confusion. The mug falls out of my hand and I don't care to pick it up. I have to leave!
Blind panic, that is all I feel.
Killing creatures, okay.
Telling Aragorn that I love him too, okay. But this...
This is a dead threat!
My hand finds the doorknob and I stumble inside my room. The door closes behind me in its lock.
I am alone.
I wrestle myself out of my dress and corset. I lay the circlet on the toilet table and put my nightgown on. Before I crawl into bed, I take my sword out of my sheath and hold it firmly.
If they want to break me, they have to try it first.
I pull the blankets over my body and soon my eyes close.
'Pippin!' I sit straight up in my bed as Merry's scream wakes me. I slip out of bed and race with my sword in my hand towards the sleeping quarters of the boys.
Please let them be alright...
I run into the room, seeing Merry looking in horror at Pippin, who holds the glass ball. He is hyperventilating as he staggers backwards. He sinks to his knees. 'Sara!' Merry yells in fear. 'Help! Someone help him!' Merry screams in agony. My mind clicks back into reality and I run to the boy, wrenching the ball from his hands. Pippin falls to the floor, but I have no control over my body! I spin away, falling on my knees.
'Sara' A dark voice sounds in my head. Or is he standing next to me?
As in a dream I see Aragorn enter the quarters, looking in shock at me. Then he runs towards me, wrenching the ball out of my hands. He falls also backwards, but the ball falls from his hands. My eyes flutter shut.
All I hear is my name.. Only my name.

It is dark where I am. I see nothing, I hear only the voice, calling me. 'Sara!'
'Princess' The voice hisses. 'Go away!' I scream into the void and raise my sword.
I don't have it...
I look around, searching for the piece of metal to protect myself for whatever is coming. But I lost it...
No!
I feel hands grabbing my shoulders and someone screams my name. I try to find my way back to them, to my own body. But I have the feeling I am floating into thin air. 'Sara! Please open your eyes' Aragorn screams and my mind clicks in. My eyes fly open and I look right into Aragorn's eyes. He smiles slightly. 'Thank the Valar' He breaths out and he helps me sit up. 'Pippin?' I ask him. 'He is okay' Legolas answers and looks to the right. Gandalf is talking with a trembling Pippin. Merry stands behind him, with Gimli not far away. 'Minas Tirith?' Gandalf says. 'Is that what you saw?' He asks Pip. 'I saw ... I saw him ... I can hear his voice in my head' Pippin states terrified. 'What did you tell him? Speak!' Gandalf almost yells at him. 'He asked me my name, I didn't Answer ... he hurt me...' Pippin mumbles. Gandalf stares at Pippin with a frightening intensity. 'What did you tell him about Frodo and the Ring?'
'Gandalf' Aragorn says softly. The wizards looks at me. 'Sara' He lets Pippin rest and Merry rushes to his side as the wizards walks over to me. 'What did you tell Sara'
'I didn't tell something. I hear my name. And someone called me princess' Gandalf's eyes grow wide, but he looks at me and back to Aragorn. 'Rest Sara' Is all he says. 'But-' Aragorn lifts me up in his arms. Without a word he brings me back to my room and lays me in bed. He kisses me softly. 'I was afraid I was going to lose you' I grab his hand. 'You are not going to lose me' He smiles and kisses me again. He wants to go, but I pull him on the bed next to me. 'Stay' His eyes widen. 'But is not proper'
'Stay until I fall asleep' I whisper and Aragorn smiles and kisses my forehead. He pulls me closer and I fall asleep against his chest.

At dawn I am awoken by the boys to go to the Golden Hall. I dress myself quickly in my usual clothing and I braid my hair in a braid with the circlet on top of my head. I walk quickly to the Hall and see that only we are here, with the king. 'There was no lie in Pippin's eyes; a fool, but an honest fool he remains. He told Sauron nothing of Frodo and the Ring' Gandalf tells Théoden and Gimli lets out a sign of relief. 'We've been strangely fortunate. What Pippin saw in the Palantír was a glimpse of our enemy's plan' Gandalf looks at all of us. 'Sauron moves to strike the city of Minas Tirith. His defeat at Helm's Deep showed our enemy one thing' Gandalf turns to Aragorn. 'The Heir of Elendil has come forth. Men are not as weak as he supposed. There is courage still - strength enough left to challenge him. Sauron fears this. He will not risk the peoples of Middle-earth uniting under one banner. He will raze Minas Tirith to the ground before he sees the return of the King' He says as we all listen closely. 'If the beacons of Gondor are lit, Rohan must be ready for war!' Théoden looks back at Gandalf.
Why haven't he told the king what happened to me?
'Tell me. Why should we ride to the aid of those who did not come to ours?' Théoden spats. Aragorn turns to the king in anger. 'What do we owe Gondor?' Théoden adds. 'I will go' Aragorn says in a low tone. 'No!' Gandalf and I say at the same time. 'They must be warned!' Aragorn cries out. Gandalf steps forward. 'They will be' he says in a low voice to Aragorn. 'You must come to Minas Tirith by another road. Follow the river, look to the black ships' He says only for me and our Fellowship to hear. Gandalf turns around. 'Understand this, things are now in motion that cannot be undone' He turns to Pip. 'I ride for Minas Tirith! And I won't be going alone!' Gandalf states with a slight grin on his face.
Before I know it, Gandalf turns on his heel and walks out of the Hall, with Merry and Pippin following him. I look at Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli and without a word we race after them into the streets of Edoras. 'Of all the inquisitive Hobbits, Peregrin Took, you are the worst! Hurry, hurry!' Gandalf calls out to Pippin. 'Where are we going?' Pippin asks worriedly to Merry who is running next to him 'Why did you look - why do you always have to look?' I hear Merry hiss in angry. Their voices faded away as the hurry after Gandalf. The wizard disappears into the stables with the boys rushing after him.
What the Bloody Hell is he doing?
Suddenly Shadowfax thunders out of the stables with Merry running after them. Pippin is sitting in front of Gandalf and holding the steed's mane for his dear life. The horse carries Gandalf and Pippin out of the gate and down the winding road towards the plains of Rohan. Before I can say something to Merry, he is already running up the watchtower with Aragorn in pursuit.
What the Hell is happening?
'You know what is happening Sara' A voice hisses in my head. Imagines appear in front of my eyes and I sink to my knees.
I see a hooded figure before a statue that hold the broken shards of a ancients looking sword in its arms. 'From the ashes a fire shall be woken, a light from the shadow shall spring, renewed shall be blade that was broken' The voice says. And I see the sword being shattered as it hits something dark. 'The crownless again shall be King' The voice sounds again. 'Reforge the sword' Now I see the broken sword, glowing in red heat. A heavy hammer pounds the red-hot blade on an anvil. Smith's tempering the steel. The sword is withdrawn from a pool of steaming water and the light shimmers as the water drops slide down the blade of the sword. 'Narsil, shall it be called' The voice says. 'Narsil, the sword that was broken has been remade'
