Chapter 18: Scorned Woman

"Wake Up Sleeping Beauty! It's Time To Get Up!" Zayn yelled in Aiden's face as Aiden quickly jumped straight up in bed

"Isaiah? What are you doing here?" He asked while reaching for his glasses on the nightstand

"It's Zayn and you're coming with us today, we have a duty to fulfill."

"My apologies, it's not like you two are twins or anything, and what duty are you talking about?"

"For the honor of your girlfriend." Isaiah said entering the room with a bowl of noodles that he was eating

"Is that my lobster stir-fry Lilly made for me last night that you're eating?"

"Yeah, and it's good too. Maybe I should skip out on going over to mom and dad for dinner and start coming here." Isaiah said as he slurped up a forkful of noodles

"Aye man, give me some of that, I wanna try it too." Zayn said going over to Isaiah as he moved the bowl away from Zayn

"No, you betta go find your own because I'm not sharing. I'm sure Jermy and Dylan left you something."

"Woah, wait a minute, Jeremiah and Dylan are here too?" Aiden said getting out of the bed

"Yes, and we're waiting on you, so hurry up and get dressed."

"But what exactly am I getting dressed for?" Aiden asked as the twins gave identical smiles

"Just wear something comfortable and I'd hurry before all of your food gets gone." Isaiah said as Aiden quickly rushed to his closet for a pair of shoes and changed out of his shirt.

He hurried downstairs to find Dylan and Jeremiah rummaging through his fridge. "Please don't touch that lasagna in the covered dish, that's Lilly's and if she doesn't have her lasagna when she gets back home tonight, she will kill me." Aiden spoke up as Jeremiah was about to stick a fork inside the lasagna

"I think you better leave that there bro, because you know Aiden is gonna rat you out as soon as she gets home." Dylan advised as Jeremiah put the lid back on top of the lasagna

"Yeah you right, which will turn into an argument. But anyway, Aiden are you ready to go?"

"Uh yeah, I guess, where are we going exactly?"

"We're going to go handle some personal matters which involve you."

"What's the matter, Aiden? Are you scared?" Isaiah teased

"Honestly, yes I am." Aiden answered as they all laughed but Aiden as he had a worried look on his face

"Come on now, you think we'd hurt you?" Zayn asked
"We actually do like you, Aiden."

"I would've never known since the first time you all met me."

~Flashback: Six years ago.~

Ryan stood in the doorway of Lilly's room, arms folded with an angry scowl on his face as Lilly went through her closet to find the perfect outfit.

"What do you think of this one, daddy?" Lilly asked holding up a purple and black flower dress

"No." He frowned

"I think it's nice sweetie." Val complimented as this made Lilly smile

"Don't encourage her."

"Oh would you stop it and lighten up a little, she's just going out on a date."

He grumbled, "What do you know about this boy anyway?"
