It was around four in the afternoon, when the bus stopped in front of their hotel. The driver opened the trunk so they could take out their luggage and everyone immediately rushed to get their bags. Youngjae just stood behind everyone else, waiting for the others to move out of the way, when he noticed Junhong approaching him.
"Hey Youngjae. Thanks again for letting me borrow your headphones in the bus. Is it okay when I give them back later after unpacking my backpack? I put them somewhere in there..."
"Yes, that's okay." Youngjae mumbled. He had been sitting next to Junhong in the bus so it happened that they talked a bit and the younger borrowed his headphones for watching a film.
Most of the other students had taken their bags by now and went into the hotel, so he was able to get his own luggage.
Entering the hotel, he noticed everyone was already standing in the groups who shared a room, so he nervously made his way over to Jumin and Sangjun, Jumin's best friend. The two boys started grinning when he stopped, now standing next to them. Though they said nothing, probably because Ms Park was standing near by, but Youngjae knew what he could expect when they were alone. They didn't have to remind him of it.
He watched how the teachers gave the keys to other groups of students. At the moment, Ms Park handed Daehyun and Zelo a key. The two boys high-fived and left for the elevator
A second before the doors closed, the boy noticed how Daehyun looked at him. He could not quite tell what the look meant, then the doors closed and Mr Kim approached them. "Room 146, here's your key. I will come around in half an hour to check the rooms. Your room is on the second floor."
The three of the went to the elevator. Youngjae really did not want to be alone with them, especially not in a very small room he could not escape from, but he had no choice since he had no idea where the stairs were plus he did not want to show too obviously that he was scared.
He was lucky, the ride was short and they left him alone, at least until they had reached the room.
"Are you sure you want to sleep here?" Jumin asked after unlocking the door. He stood in the wooden door frame while Sangjun had already entered the room and thrown his stuff onto the big double bed.
"There's just one single bed, the other is for two." he said and Jumin sighed.
"See,here we have the problem. None of us wants to share a bed with a faggot and I will not share with Sangjun, since we're not gay. So I am giving you one last chance to fuck off."
Youngjae had absolutely no idea what to do, of course he did not want to share a room with them, but what choice did he have? There was no other place to sleep, this was how it had been decided and they would all have to live with it, so he shook his head.
"This is not only your room" he mumbled and Jumin laughed.
"Oh look, he's trying to be tough. Come in then, let's see how long you survive." He stepped aside, letting Youngjae enter, then closed the door and locked it.
"Seriously? You're letting him in?" Sangjun asked in disbelief and sat up on the double bed he had been lying on.
"First of all" Jumin said, "I will take the big bed. And don't worry, none of us will share a bed with him. He will sleep on the floor."
"But he's still gonna be in this room."
"We can still kick him out at night, right, faggot?" He turned around to Youngjae. "The hallway is perfect for you to sleep. Nobody has to fear being watched while changing."
"I don't watch anyone." Youngjae said, gathering all his courage. Not even a second later, he regret saying anything at all, when Jumin grabbed his collar.
"Shut the fuck up, Loser. I've had enough of you, show some fucking respect or do you want me to hurt you?"
The boy just shook his head, his whole body shaking in fear.
Jumin let out a short laugh. "Well, too late. Sangjun, help me."
They dragged him to the bathroom, pushing him into the shower. Before the boy even knew what was happening, Sangjun had turned on the water. Youngjae tried not to scream, but the water was too hot and the way they held him down hurt extremely, it felt like his bones were about to break, he struggled to get away, but it was pointless. He realized he had no chance to escape, they could do to him whatever they wanted. He should never have came here.
