Y/n's pov.

" That's mine! " Eddie jumps at his sister grabbing the piece of chicken leg.

" Tell me why they're with us again? " I asked as Laurence and I watch them struggle.

" We agreed to help each other " he said, I roll my eyes away.

" Every night they fight over a drumstick " I said.

" Eddie there's two chicken roasting right now " Laurence gesture his hand to the chicken at the bonfire roasting, pierce with a stick.

Courtney kick Eddie off.

" You two are so immature " I said and drink my beer.

" I feed the horse like everyday for you guys " Courtney said.

" I feed my own horse " I said.

" You mean the one you always talk to? " Eddie asked, I roll my eyes away and stood up.

" I'm gonna go wash my face " I toss the bottle to Laurence and walk away.

I walk away to the river and kneel down, I sink my hand under and splash the water on my face, I sigh and look at my reflection in the water.

The strand of white hair tucked behind my ear, it's been four months. Courtney and Eddie decided to join us so we can help them find their mother.

They apologise for what they did, Aphmau did forgive them but the condition was for them to help the villagers, they did and now they're free and with us as their watcher.

I've gotten used to the white hair, like Laurence said, it does suit me but I get a lot of stares from others when we're in crowded areas. There's also this one kid who called me old lady.

Like literally.

It was funny for the others but hey, they are kids. Can't do anything about that, I probably did that when I was little and now, I'm 22 and mature which doesn't feel good cause mom always blames on the mature ones.

Faye and I always fight but once she's grown up, we don't anymore. Speaking of Faye, I wonder how she is back in Ayesgarth, hope she's doing well along with her physician skills. Still hoping for that to improve when I get back.

If I get back.

" Hey " I flinched and turn to see Laurence.

" Oh, sorry, must've wondered off my mind there " I said and take out a handkerchief, drying my face.

" Still not used to the hair? " He asked.

" Well, I got used to it a little bit " I said and he sit down next to me with his one leg up as his arm rest on his knee.

" Or your just thinking because of that kid calling you old lady " he chuckled, I scoff and hit his shoulder.

" It's not funny "

" Ow!, Okay, I'm kidding " he said.

I sighed.

" I'm missing Faye " I said.

" We can go to Ayesgarth if you'd like, we have no where to go then just heading north " he said.

" Ayesgarth is like five days away " I said.

" You don't have to worry " he said.

" Who says I'm worried? " I asked.

" It's five days away and you're worried we'll be pissed at you just because of that " he said, I look away with a pouty face as he stood up.
