Y/n's pov.   

" This could be our last time doing this " I said as I lie on Laurence chest.

" Who knows " he said.

" We're going to the nether tomorrow Laurence, we could be in there for hours when here, we could be gone for years " I said, he caress my hair as the blanket covers our naked body.

" Then we shall fight together until the end " he said dramatically, I laugh.

" I'm being serious " I sit up and crack my neck.

" Where are you going? " He asked, I grab the blanket hanging and wrap it around my body.

" My sword broke and I had Gene's brother to fix it for me " I said.

" Dante? " He asked.

" Yeah, I forgot his name " I said and grab my boots by the dresser.

" You have lived here for a year " he said.

" And I don't care " I smile at him and enter the bathroom.

I clean myself and change, after I was done, I walk out and grab the brush on the table, I look into the mirror and see Laurence behind me all dressed as I brush my hair.

" I sometimes wonder if you ever clean yourself " I said.

" You do know there's two bathroom in this house? " He gesture to the second on the opposite side of the one I just came out from.

" Just asking " I said.

I put the brush down and see my old ring and the new one around my finger, I sigh and pick it up.

" Wouldn't fit anymore? " Laurence asked.

" No it's just. . . .every time I put it on, memories just rush in my head, your father did something to the ring, I can't wear it anymore " I said.

I feel his arms around my waist and his chin on my shoulder, he puts it down on the table.

" Doesn't matter now, you have the new one and you'll just keep this one as a memory on the first day I stole it from you " he kiss my cheek and I chuckled.

I turn my head to him and he kiss my lips, I smile and kiss back, I place my hand on the back of his head as my back is against his body, I place my other hand on his arms that is around my waist and we stayed like that for a few minutes until I pull apart.

" I have to go and get my sword " I whisper.

" Can't we just continue where we left off? " He whispers back, I shake my head lightly.

He kiss my neck and I chuckle.

" After I pick my sword " I said, he whines and kiss me again.

I chuckled and kiss back, he turns my body around and I wrap my arms around his neck as he lift me up making me sit down on the dresser.

I pull apart.

" Okay, Dante is waiting for me " I said, he squinted his eyes at me.

" What? " I asked.

" Are you cheating on me? " He asked.

" What?, No! " I said, he laughs.

" I'm kidding " he peck me on my lips and help me get off the dresser.

" I gotta go " I walk backwards and our hand slide of each other and turn around.
