Y/n's pov.

" Your warm, it's getting worse day by day " he wrap his arm around my shoulder.

" It's been four days, we have three days left " Courtney said.

" I'm tired " I said.

" We're in Lakewood already, we should be encountering a wolf " Eddie said.

" We need the same werewolf dummy " Courtney said.

" We're not in their territory yet, it's a two days walk " I said.

" Are you serious? " Laurence asked.

" Let's just go " I said.

We continue to walk for 15 minutes and the wound on my shoulder just hurts like a glowing metal getting pierced into my skin.

" Let's just take a break here " I pant.

" Okay " Laurence help me down against the tree, I notice a clean cloak folded on the ground.

Oh, he's here.

" Any of you got any water? " I asked.

" Here " Eddie takes out his bottle of water.

" Thanks " I take it and open the cap.

I drank half of the bottle and sighed in relief.

" Damn " Courtney said.

" Yeah, sucks to be me " I said and wince when Laurence pull down my shirt to take a look at the wound.

" Ow " I wince again when he unwraps the bandage.

" It's critical " Laurence said.

He takes out a vile of yellow liquid.

" I don't know if this helps but it will help the pain " he said and pour hit.

I scream.

" Fucking hell it does! " I scream, he wince in expression and I take a deep breath as I pant.

" Some of the wolves definitely can hear that miles away from here " Courtney said.

I hit the back of my head on the tree and tears stream down my cheeks.

" Fuck " I wince.

" Hey, stay strong, your not dying " Laurence wraps my shoulder up with a new bandage.

" If Logan wants to heal me then I'll live, if he doesn't then I'm not " I said.

" It's up to Logan " Eddie said.

I look up at him taking deep breaths and I notice something in the distance.

" Guys "

" Don't talk, we'll rest here for ten minutes and we're up again " Courtney said.

" Guys " I grab Laurence's arm.

" What? " He asked.

" We have company " I gesture to the animal in the distance, behind the tall grass.

He has black fur and his grey silver eyes looks at me, ready to pounce, the others grip the handle of their swords.

" No, don't " I said.

" It's a wolf, Y/n " Laurence stands up.

" Let it be, he won't hurt us " I said as I see the scar on it's nose.
