" Drink this, they won't be able to feed on you " I pass Wade a vial of vervain water.

I already drank mine.

" Nor can they compell you, if there is one trying to compell you, just do as they say " Laurence said.

" And if they somehow drink your blood, let them, they will pass out from the vervain " Eddie said.

" It's going to hurt " Wade said.

" Your old, grow up " I said and walk out of the house.

" That was a little harsh " Laurence follow me out, I chuckled.

" Trust me, I saved a lot more for you when we're old " I said.

He laughs and Eddie caught up to us.

" Courtney said she was taking a walk in the woods to northwest " he said.

" Here " I pointed to a pathway in a forest and walk deeper into the woods.

" Smell that? " Laurence asked.

I take a sniff and regret it instantly after I smell rotten flesh in the air.

" Ugh " I cover my nose.

" Blood " Eddie said.

" Courtney probably got attracted to the smell and wanted to know what it was " I said.

" I think it's the best we split up, you guys have your vervain? " Laurence asked.

" Vervain check " I said as I show my bottle glass of yellow liquid.

" Okay, I'll go right, Y/n left and Laurence straight " Eddie said.

" But the smell is coming from the left " I said.

" We know " they both walked forward.

" Wha-oh come on! " I said and they disappeared in the dark.

I sighed and turn around.

I walk into the woods deep and I hug my arms from the coldness I feel in the air.

" Of course I'll be one heading to the trap, it'll be dark in the woods, which nocturnal creatures would be living in and here I am looking for a blood. . .sucking. . . creature " I said with an uneasy tone.

The smell of the blood started to fade and I felt a gust of light wind to my right along with a quick shadow figure, I turn and stand still.

I swallow a lump in my throat.

I hold the vervain bottle out and took a step forward.

" I heard you, and you practically heard me, so come out or you won't have acid on your face, well you can heal but still, there's pain " I said.

" Your scared " a female voice was to my left ear, I turn around and see no one.

" Well, at least I know your here " I said and about to open the cork of the bottle when my hand is empty.

I was startled by a bottle smashed in front of me. I take a step back.

" I can hear your heart racing " she said.

" Why not just strike? " I asked.

" My mouth is currently salivating as I can hear your blood running through your artery " she said, I place my hand on my neck as I look around.

Still trying to find where the voice is coming from, it's everywhere.

" Show yourself " I said.
