Y/n's pov.  

" I need you to calm down " Laurence said as I pace back and forth slowly.

" I am calm, just thinking, your the one who needs to stop worrying " I said.

" Thinking?, Well now I'm starting to get worried " he said.

" I'm just thinking about the one ring that I know where it is and I'm just trying to figure it out on how to get it " I said.

" Okay like that's going to make it better, who is this person? " He asked, I turn him and shake my head.

" No, there's no way I'm telling you, there's too many risk of you getting hurt " I said.

" Emotionally or physically? " He asked.

" Mentally? " I shrugged.

" Your not making this easier if you don't tell me " he said.

" Well I won't make it more easier if I tell you either, so please stop pushing, you'll probably know about it sooner " I said.

" I don't think it'll make it better if I know later than now " he said, I stood in front of him.

" Fine, it's. . . . " I clench my hands and hesitate, he stood up from the chair and take my hands.

" It's okay " he said.

" It won't after I tell you " I said.

" I can bear with it " he said.

" Think twice before you say that " I said.

" Okay " he said, I take a deep breath and exhale.

" It's your father " I close my eyes as I said that, I feel his hands slide off mine.

I open my eyes and see him with an unpleasant expression.

" Laurence- "

" Him?, Really? " He asked.

" I know but- "

" I'm going to kill him! " He stomps pass me but I grab his arm.

" Laurence please! "

" Let go Y/n " he turns to me.

" You said you can take it! " I said.

" How am I supposed to know that it was my father who has one of the eternal ring and who knows what he's going to do with it! " He said.

" This is why I didn't tell you! " I said.

" Well I'm glad you did! " He said.

" We can find another way to do this- "

" There is no other way! " He yells.

I flinched.

" Y/n I. . . " I push his hands off mine and take a step back.

" Do whatever you want " I walk away and leave the room.

I walk out of Aphmau's mansion and head down a cobblestone path to the market, I just walk around and see what was on sale, nothing interesting really.

Laurence never yells at me, that was the first time, shouting is fine but yelling?, It's not him.

" Rough day? " I look to my right and see Hayden walking beside me, I scoff and turn the opposite way as he follows.

We exit the market and I approach Aphmau's mansion.

" Stop following me " I stood in front of the mansion and turn to him as I clench both of my hands.
