Y/n's pov.

" 36 people has gone missing already huh? " I asked.

" 23 women's and 13 men's to be exact " Wade said as he put down a thick book.

Courtney start flipping pages.

" Four men was found dead by he road you were taking, it looks like an animal attack to the neck, and drained of blood " he said.

" Is there any witnesses here that could help us to take down this 'beast'? " Eddie asked.

" My daughter had experienced it two weeks ago " he said.

" Where is she?, We need to talk to her " Laurence said.

" She's not in a good shape, she was traumatized at what she saw, she barely eats her food " he said.

" She's in shock, why don't I talk to her alone? " I asked.

" I'll speak to her first " he said, I nodded and he walks down the corridor, entering the door to the left.

" Oh my god " I turn around to Courtney to see her holding a profile picture from one of the missing people.

" What? " Laurence asked.

Eddie takes the picture and exhale in disbelief.

" It's her " Courtney said.

I furrow my eyebrows and walk over to them, I stood next to Courtney and look at the picture.

A woman with platinum hair and light blue eyes.

" Who's that? " Laurence asked.

" That's our mother " Eddie said, my eyes widened and I look at both of them in shock.

" I thought you said she went missing when you were in the woods chased by wolves " Laurence said.

" We did " Courtney said and place the picture down in the table with the rest.

" But your from Ruthorham " I said.

" We're trying to figure that out ourselves " Courtney said.

" I'm confused " Laurence said.

" Your not the only one " Eddie said.

I sighed and look around the place.

" Maybe she was a local here once and when you guys were attacked they didn't know about you two and only included your mother " I said.

" Maybe " Courtney said.

" I need some time alone " she walks out of the house.

" So do I " Eddie goes after Courtney.

Laurence and I look at each other.

" This is getting personal " he said.

" If we found their mother's corpse's- "

" Hey, don't go there " he stops me, I nodded.

" Your right " I said.

" We don't know yet and if she's alive, she probably has an explanation " he said.

" I have a feeling this might go bad " I said.

" From now on, we are not to mention this, things could get ugly " he said.

" Or worse " I said.

Wade then walks back into the room, he was confused at the absence of the two siblings.
