Y/n's pov.

" This is half of the payment " I said as I hold the pouch of gold.

" Where's the other half? " Eddie asked.

" Well you only told me that you killed it, I haven't seen it's corpse " says the man with grey hair and hazel eyes.

" I'm covered in selkiemore guts! " Courtney extends her arms out showing her stained body.

" We had to get it from the inside " I said as he looks at my stained body.

Courtney and I was swallowed and got the beast from the inside.

" We made a deal, Sean " Laurence said.

" Unless you want the stench to stay in the palace, I really need to change " Courtney smiles.

He gives me a glare and grab another pouch, he toss it to Laurence and he caught it.

" I can have my maids to help clean you up " he smirk, I scoff.

" Your welcome " Eddie said.

" Wait " I said.

He looks at me with a smile.

" What? " He asked.

We stare at each other for a moment. He sends chills down my spine and I snap out of the gaze.

" Nevermind " I walk away and put of the room.

" You alright? " Courtney asked.

" Just keep an eye out " I said, she nodded.

" You guys can clean yourself while we get the horses ready? " Laurence asked.

We both nodded.

" Alright " Eddie said.

We went our separate ways as Courtney and I walk away with two maids leading us to a room.

" I gotta admit, Sean was acting weird just now " Courtney said.

" Yeah, he was staring at our body " I said.

" He liked it and if I were him, I'd gouge my eyes out " she said.

" I'd do the same but I rather chop off his manhood " I said.

" I don't like it " she said.

" Neither do I " I said as we enter a room.

A pool in the middle and the air was hot.

" Nothing is good as a hot bath " I said.

" Pass your belongings to us and we'll clean them out for you " the maid said.

We both pass our belongings to them.

" Your ring miss " the maid gesture to the ring on my finger.

" No " I said.

She nodded and they walk away.

Courtney and I start to strip and we walk in the hot water, I sit down on the marble floor and start to clean myself as Courtney and I face each other.

The water level are just below our shoulders.

" You could loose the ring in the water " she said.

" I never take it off, my mother placed a spell on it so it wouldn't be damaged, not even fire can melt it " I comb my hair clean with my fingers.

She hummed in respond as she clean her body. As we both clean ourselves in silent and only the sound of the water echoes the room.

The water started to murk as the blood staining our body washed off. I did a spell in my head and the water slowly clears.
