Namjoon's P.O.V.
"You look a lot better than last week." I whispered to Minho while we did our assignment. She laughed. "Anyone can look better than me at that time. I guess I'm getting used to the new rhythm with my swimming, the new people."
"Better than in Daegu?" I had to ask.
"Of course! I have you, Jackson, Eunho.. I have a lot of friends and it just feels a lot more alive here." She glanced at my book. "You know the mass of carbon is 12.01g/mol, not 16 grams.. 16 is oxygen."
I read my notes. "You're right! I really don't have my mind to that.."
She frowned at me. "Really? You're always up for chemistry.. What's wrong?"
Nothing was exactly wrong.. I was just bothered. I spend so many sleepless nights on this. "We still have a physics project to do right?"
She took my pen away. "You're clicking it and hitting it on the desk Joonie. It makes noise." Her hand rested on my cardigan covered wrist. "I've never seen you so bothered. Is the project a problem? I can do it on my own.. You covered for my sick ass last time it's only fair."
"No! No.. That's not it. I love working with you.." My hand pulled hers away. "Goodness you're cold! Give me your hands." I gently warmed them up.
Her chuckle made me smile. "You don't have to do that, but you're drifting away. What's the problem?" She pulled her hands out of mine. "I can warm these myself."
"Right.. Sorry." Stupid Namjoon. "I'll tell you tonight over our project after class. My dorm. Good?"
She smiled. "Deal, but you really want to have Yoongi watching us? Not your type."
"Not like he would catch us doing anything explicit would he?" I joked. He'd kill me if I did anything. He will probably kill me one day, but not today.
She laughed. "Right, he won't."
That kinda hurt. At least I knew she was joking.
Yoongi's P.O.V.
"Hyung, just warning you that Minho is gonna have dinner with us because we'll work on a project." Namjoon warned me while I was writing.I just nodded."Okay." I was too focused.
"Hyung?" He leaned over me. Damn tall kid. "What's that? You usually listen when it's about Minnie."
I teared the page off my notebook and threw it away. "It's nothing. Don't get in my personal space."
"Hyung." How annoying was he?
"What? What me to leave? I will." I half mouthed.
"Hyung we both know I don't want to ask that. I wouldn't dare. Is lyrics your frustration or something else?" He had to talk.
"It's none of your business. I'll stay in here. Just don't disturb me." I asked of him. It was my problem.
"Why don't you tell her how you feel hyung? If that's what's troubling you of course." He said one thing too much.
"Just get out.. Tell Minho I'm busy." I said as I heard a knock on the door.
Prom was coming up. I didn't have a suit, nor a date. Minho was getting by fine.. Extremely fine without me. That hurt me.. A lot. I used to always be with her, helped her with her homework, helped her tie her shoes, helped her.. Helped her learn the piano.. Everyday of my life. I still remember the first time she climbed up the bench asking me what I was doing and if she could learn what her oppa was learning, but that was a long time ago.. A very long time ago.
