Ginny and Josh arrived at the meeting last even though they lived the closest to Jennifer and Colin. As soon as they got there Oliver, Evan and Hugo went to Evan's room to play video games. Now it was time to start the meeting. Everyone huddled around Jennifer and Colin's small square dining room table. It was like the knights round table except there wasn't enough space for everyone, so they formed a circle with their chairs and the table in the middle. The table was covered in wedding magazines and old wedding planner binders. Lana and Ginny both brought their old wedding idea boards.
"I bought you this!" Lana handed Jennifer a white binder that said wedding in gold cursive. "You can put all your ideas in here," Lana said.
"This is awesome. Thank you," Jennifer hugged her. "Ok I have an announcement to make!" Jennifer said. Everyone looked at her with their mouths open. "Not that kind of announcement," Jennifer laughed when she realized that everyone thought she was gonna announce that she was pregnant. "Lana and Ginny will you be my bridesmaids?" Jennifer asked.
"Yes!" They squealed at the same time.
"Are you guys are both free on Saturday at 2?" Jennifer asked.
"We will be there," Lana said automatically.
"You don't even know what I want," Jennifer joked.
"Well if it has anything to do with the wedding we are there," Ginny smiled.
"I am going for a dress consultation and I was thinking we could pick out bridesmaids dresses at the same time," Rose, Jamie, Julia and Jessica had already confined with Jennifer that they were free so it would amazing if Ginny and Lana could join them.
"Yay! Any colour ideas?" Lana asked.
"How about red? Or purple? Oh how about silver?" Ginny asked.
"I was kinda thinking maybe you guys could all wear different colours... but like complementing colours," Jennifer said.
"Hmm interesting. That would be nice. Then we can get a dress that looks good on us," Ginny said.
"Who are the other bridesmaids?" Lana asked.
"Jessica, Rose, Jamie and Julia is maid of honour," Jennifer said.
"Could you two help with the bachelor party?" Julia asked.
       "Of course!" Lana said.
"Don't plan anything too crazy," Jennifer warned.
"Ya, ya whatever?" Lana smirked. Ginny, Julia and Lana all shared a look. Jennifer could already tell that they were gonna go all out. She hadn't gone partying or clubbing in so long. She used to go out all the time. Even though it was always too loud, busy and hot something about the atmosphere was so addicting. It was so chaotic but calming at the same time. Colin loved a good drink, but over time he had started to slow down. Nowadays he only had one beer every once in a while. Jennifer didn't really follow his lead. She still loved to have a glass of red wine. Jennifer and Colin were so busy that they didn't have time to go out much. They hardly had time to go on dates, so partying was totally out of the picture. Maybe a little wild bachelor party might be fun.

"Where are you gonna have the reception?" Jennifer's mom asked.
"How many people are you two gonna invite?" Ginny asked.
"Well we would love all of our friends to be there," Colin said.
"Inner circle of friends?" Ginny eyed Jennifer. Over the years Jennifer's list of friends had grown a lot. She had many Hollywood friends. People that she had worked with before or friends of a friend.
"Ok maybe this wedding might be a little bigger than I anticipated," Jennifer bit her lip. Each person would probably bring a plus one too which meant that this wedding could easily grow to over 500 people.
"You could have a smaller ceremony and then invite more people for the reception," Colin's mom suggested.
"That's a good idea. Colin and I should probably make a list soon, as we need to send out invites ASAP," Jennifer said.
"Where is the reception going to be held? If we are expecting many people than we need a big venue," Lana said.
"How about the canary?" Jennifer said. "We had the 100th episode party there and there were lots of people there," Jennifer remembered.
"Ok why don't I call right now?" Ginny asked.
"Thanks Ginny," she searched on her phone for the phone number then waited for them to pick up.
"Mom, Dad, Mr and Mrs O'Donoghue would it be possible to get a guest list for people you would like to invite by maybe the end of the week?" Jennifer asked.
"Sure honey is there a maximum you would like us to keep to?" Her mom asked. Jennifer looked from her parents to Colin's. She didn't really have an answer. At Julia's wedding her pattens had invited almost 100 friends and family members. However, Julia's husband didn't have much family and they didn't have as many friends as Colin and Jennifer.
"Is 80-100 a good range?" Jennifer asked.
"Oh that's way more than enough," Colin's mom said.
"Since your having the wedding in Vancouver I am not sure if many of our friends and family will want to come because of traveling costs and stuff," his dad said.
"I am sure we can work something out," Colin mumbled. Jennifer was about to address other item on her to do list when Ginny came back.
"I just booked the Canary!" She exclaimed.
"What? When did you book it for? We should have talked about the date before you called," Jennifer said worried. Why didn't her friend confide in her about the date.
"Well there wasn't really a choice. The only date they have available is August 22nd," Ginny said. That was in four weeks. Was Ginny crazy. There was no way they could pull this off.
"That's quite soon," Colin stated what everyone was thinking.
"It's ok we an do it if we all help out," Lana tried to be optimistic.
"Josh and I can design a few invitation samples and then you and Colin can choose your favourite," Ginny said. Over the years they had made countless invitations for Oliver and Hugo's birthdays.
"Great thank you Ginny," Jennifer smiled.
"I will look into decorations and flowers," Lana said.
"And I will handle catering and music," Evie added. Jennifer was a bit more relaxed now. With the help of her friends and family maybe planning this wedding wasn't going to be as hard as she had anticipated.
