After lunch they all went back Evie's place, as she invited Lana and Fred to dinner. Evan went to the guest room to play on his iPad while Lana and Evie talked. "Jared was asking me about you," Lana said.
        "When?" Evie asked curiously.
"We talked on the phone the other day," Lana said.
"Why were you calling him?" Evie questioned.
"He actually called me," Lana said. "He wanted to know what he could do to help with the wedding," she explained. Jared always wanted to help out. He was so sweet, but was never afraid to speak his mind. "Anyways he asked how you were," Lana continued.
"What does that even mean?" Evie asked.
"He really likes you Evie," Lana said.
"I am with Daniel," She stared.
"Yes but do you have have feelings for Jared?" Lana asked.
"No," Evie said quickly. She hadn't stopped thinking about Jared since their kiss in Vancouver. That moment that they had shared seemed so special. Evie kept telling herself that it happened because they hadn't seen each other in years, however, it wasn't that simple. Evie kept asking herself why she had kissed him back. What if she didn't love Daniel as much as she thought she did. Daniel was everything she ever wanted. He was her first crush, the first person who made he stomach flutter. He was also the first person to reject her. Daniel was good for her, he looked out for her and cared for her.
"You feel something for him!" Lana exclaimed.
         "No I don't," she argued.
"Don't lie to me I can tell," Lana warmed.
"I have a boyfriend," Evie reminded her again.
"That doesn't mean that you can't have feelings for Jared," Lana said.
          "I love Daniel..." Evie stuttered.
"Evie I think you should just think about things... You don't want to miss your opportunity to be with Jared," Lana said.
"I don't want to be with Jared," she said defensively.
"Ok then," Lana said not convinced.

Jennifer and Colin scrolled through their list. After many hours of revision they finally had 300 names on the list. It had taken a lot of concentration and occasional bickering.
"I think we have it," Jennifer announced saving their work.
      "Finally," Colin rolled his eyes.
"We will need to do a seating chart next," Jennifer said.
"I think we need to take another break," Colin kissed her on the cheek.
"Babe we need to find someone to marry us," Jennifer said.
"Why don't we plan our honeymoon instead," he kissed her again.
"Our wedding is more important. The whole world is going to be watching," Jennifer said.
"I think your over exaggerating Jen," Colin laughed.
"You invited the press. Our wedding is going to be published all over the world," Jennifer explained.
"You said you were ok with it," he reminded her.
"I'm just worried. We are planning this wedding in such a rush that it might not be picture perfect," Jennifer said honestly.
"Are you having second thoughts?" Colin asked.
"I'm not having second thoughts about marrying you. I love you, but maybe we being too ambitious? Maybe we should postpone the wedding," Jennifer said.
"Jen we have already done so much. I know you are stressed, but the wedding is coming together. Just have a little hope," He tried to reassure her.
"We only get one shot at this Colin. I want our wedding to be special. I don't want it to be rushed," Jennifer said.
"Our friends have everything under control. Everything will be ok," Colin wrapped his arms around her.
"Speaking of our friends. We should head over to Evie's," Jennifer said. She packed up her laptop and then they both headed next door.

"Evan your parents are here," Evie went into the guest room to get Evan.
"One sec," he tapped ferociously on his iPad. It beeped and the bright light from the screen bounced off of his face.
"Come on Evan," Evie said sternly. Jennifer and Colin always told her that she was never strong enough when she instructed Evan to do things. They said that she needed to learn how to speak to children, as one day she would have some of her own.
"Ok," Evan pouted and turned off his device.
"Wait before we go. I would like you to tell Jennifer how you feel. Tell her everything you told me today," Evie said. Evie and Lana had decided that Jennifer and Colin needed to know about Evan's feelings as soon as possible.
"Ok," Evan said and walked out of the room.
"There he is!" Colin smiled. He walked up to Evan and gave him a big bear hug. Evan pushed him away embarrassed by Colin's amount of affection.
"Evan I think you have something to say to your parents," Evie prompted him.
"I... I don't want you guys to get married," he trembled. "I miss mom. I don't think she would want this," Evan said.
"Where is this coming from Evan? You love your mom," Colin said.
"Jen is not my real mom!" Evan said angrily.
"Evan O'Donoghue apologize right now!" Colin yelled. Jennifer stroked his arm trying to calm him down.
"Evan I will never and I don't want to replace your mom," Jennifer tried to say calmly.
"But you are! I hardly remember my mom," Evan said.
"Maybe you two should tell him about that night," Lana suggested. She didn't have to explain any more, as they all knew exactly what she was referring to. "He needs to know," Lana said when no one answered.
"Ok. I will tell you the story how Jennifer and I got together," Colin said.
