Lucy got the message from Frost that he was almost at the house. Harley and J were waiting patiently. They haven't seen nor been with each other for almost 15 years. That's a long time especially for these two. J and Harley were waiting in the living room. Lucy walked down the stairs with her headphones still on. She looked up. "Hey guys..." It was a bit awkward I mean since when did Harley ever wait in the living room for her to leave? Something fishy was really going on. "Why are you guys in the living room for?", she scoffed. Harley smiled and skipped towards Lucy. She held her hands. "I just wanted to say bye bye! That's all cherry pie! Now ya be safe and get whateva ya want! As long as it's in Metropolis! Got it!" She said winking. Lucy nodded her head. "Ok mom I will don't worry... Oh he's here! I'll see you guys in what... 3-4 hours?" Harley looked back at J. J shook his head. "You don't have to be gone that long cupcake! How about you and Frost go to the movies? That's plenty of time!" Lucy nodded her head. "Good idea. Ok. I'll see you guys in a bit then. Love you!" Lucy gave her mom a kiss and a big hug. She went over to J. "I love you dad" She gave him a big hug and kiss on the cheek. She then walked out the door.
J and Harley were in the room. Alone. Harley had her hands behind her back, looking down, biting her lip. J made his way to her. "So... pumpkin. What do we do now? The place is all ours. What are you thinking?" Harley looked up at J and wrapped her hands around his neck. "I mean I dunno Puddin. This is such a big house! What are ya thinkin?" J growled and smiled. "Oh I'm thinking of a lot of things baby" He got closer to her face. She was also getting closer. And closer. And closer. And closer. Until! She ran away and hid from J. "Come and find me Puddin!" J rolled his eyes and smiled. "Harley! You are in so much trouble!! When I get you I'm gunna-!" He got cut off by a bra being thrown at his face. He purred. "Oh Harls" Harley giggled. "If ya want more ya gunna have to come and get me! I'll give ya a hint... upstairs!" He ran upstairs as fast as he could. "Harley? Where are you?" He said with a purring voice. She left a trail of her clothes. He followed. He heard her giggle from the distance. He then opened the closet door in the main bedroom and there she was. He grabbed her and started tickling her. "PUDDIN!! HAHAHAHAHA!!" He kept tickling her until they were in the bed. She started taking off his clothes and things got so much deeper.
They did so much in two hours. They took advantage of the time real quick. Harley and J were exhausted. "Seriously Puddin- I know that I've said this many times- before but I will say it again-cuz I'm serious- this time was literally-THE BEST" She went from laying on her back to laying into J's arms. "I know baby. I think that this was our best too" He kissed her in the forehead. This was heaven. The two of them together again. In each other's arms. It was everything. They heard a car door close. They looked at each other. At the same time they said, "OH SHIT!" They got up and put their clothes on. Harley fixed her hair and J did too. Lucy was down the stairs hearing their feet on the floor above her. "Yup. They did do some shit" She laughed and sat on the couch, on her phone, and with her popcorn.
Harley and J ran down the stairs. "Hey Sweetie! He-What did ya do?" Lucy shrugged her shoulders. "Nothing much. Just watched a movie" J cleared his throat. "What movie was it?" Lucy shrugged her shoulders again. "Umm... just a movie about betrayal. Scarface? It was cool. Very cool" Harley nodded her head and smiled. "Well I'm glad ya had a great time! Where's Frosty?" Lucy scoffed. "So many questions mom! He's in the garage" Harley nodded her head again. "Cool..." Lucy nodded her head back. "Yup. So... what's going on?" Harley put her hands together. "Pssh. Nothin Lucy! Wh-Why do ya ask?" Lucy shrugged her shoulders with a smile. "Ok. So um I actually wanted to discuss something with you guys" J raised his head and crossed his shoulders. "What is it?" Lucy itched her head. "Well... I was wondering about the whole Bane situation. What's going to happen?" J rubbed his head and sat on the couch. "Well, I don't know yet. I mean he does need to be taken care of that's a fact" Harley was confused. "Wait? Bane? That motherfucker is still alive?! Why is he associated with ya Lucy! J what's goin on?" J itched his head. "Well.. its a long story Harley" Harley crossed her arms. "I can wait. Now why is my-our daughter involved with him?" J explained everything. Lucy did too on her part about being into Gotham and watching all the old videos. "Yeah mom... sorry. I know who you are! You're the infamous badass Harley Quinn! My mom. Harley Quinn!" Harley was so angry. She couldn't even begin to say the words. J bit his lip. "Harley? Are you ok?" Harley laughed. "IM FINE!! I'm so good ya know?! I mean I-I'm just-WHAT THE FUCK!" They both jumped. "Mom calm down!" Harley shook her head and stood up. "NO I WILL NOT! Ya weren't suppose to know anythin about this old me! NOTHIN! And now here ya are tellin me that YOU-MY DAUGHTER- have been watchin these videos! Of-Of me doin the most baddest things?! And YOU!" She pointed at J. "YA FAKED YOUR DEATH. AND COULDN'T EVEN TELL ME?!" J tried to put his hands on her shoulders but she stepped away. "I-I'm sorry. I'm just-shocked. I mean all of this coming at once. But I needed to know! I did. Lucy. Yes it's true that-I am-was-Harley Quinn" Lucy crossed her arms. "Why didn't you just tell me? I would've felt so much more normal" Harley scoffed. "NORMAL? No that way isn't normal it's insane ok? No offense J. I just wanted ya to have a normal, and non insane life Lucy!" Lucy shook her head. "Don't you see mom? There is no way that you can take me away from what runs in my blood! You guys are my parents. My parents, you guys, are, or were the King and Queen of Gotham City! The Bonnie and Clyde in Gotham! The couple that had Mad Love. You can't just take that away from me. Clearly I have you guys both in me. And it's ok! I get what you were trying to do mom. I'm not mad. I just wish that you were more comfortable telling me" Harley went up to Lucy and gave her a hug. "Lucy I'm always comfortable with ya. I just don't want ya to be as rotten as I was. I mean I still have my tattoos" Lucy parted the hug and smiled. "Really?! Where?!" Harley giggled. "I put on face makeup everyday just so my face can look clear. I have all my tattoos still. I threw my old self behind because I knew that I wouldn't be good mother if I had raised ya up that way. I wanted to be the greatest mom a girl can have. I wasn't trying to make ya feel like ya were different. I just wanted ya to be safe" Lucy had tears in her eyes. "Ugh mom! Don't make me cry! Eww!" She wipes a tear from her face. "I mean thank you for trying to keep me safe but this world is far beyond safe and I need to protect myself. I need to be who I am made to be! Not someone who is not me. I've always been interested in basically what you guys have been interested in. Or are still interested for one of you. I'm the daughter of the King and Queen of Gotham City. Don't you know how awesome that is! Mom, I don't want you to be someone you're not. I want you to be you! You're the bestest most amazing mom a girl can have! I couldn't ask for a better mother. Or father. You guys are BADASS. I love you guys" Harley had tears in her eyes. J held them in. Lucy walked toward her parents and gave them a big hug. It was the warmest feeling ever. They were a family again.
Still in a big group hug, Lucy muffled, "So what about the Bane guy?" They all laughed and J replied, "We'll deal with him soon. Very soon" They were together and nothing was going to tear them apart again.
(I hope you guys enjoyed this BIG story as much as I did writing it! This was so much fun too write. I new that I had to make something so much more.
