I couldn't sleep at all last night. I was - well still am pissed. The fact that Ashton thinks he can just come and take Aliyah and my fucking daughter away from me, isn't okay with me.

How does he think I feel about this? I feel fucking shitty, that's what. I haven't even had the chance to talk to Aliyah about the whole Audrey situation.

Maybe I could text her and ask her to meet up or something? I don't know. Fuck it, I gotta do what I gotta do.

To Aliyah:

can we talk please?

I hit send and walked into the kitchen to see Michael eating cold pizza from last night.

"You know you can heat it up, right?" I teased him as I walked past him to make myself some coffee to get me going for the day.

"Shut up, Luke." He commented back, grabbing the box of pizza and leaving the kitchen.

"Okay then," I said to myself once he left. I grabbed my very hot coffee and sat down on a stool. Once I sat down my phone vibrated.

From Aliyah:

about what?

To Aliyah:

seriously don't play dumb

From Aliyah:

if you're talking about audrey then there's nothing to talk about

To Aliyah:

actually there's a whole lot to talk about

From Aliyah:

actually there's not

To Aliyah:

yeah there is. like how are you just gunna let ashton be a father to her when you haven't even heard how i feel about all of this shit?

From Aliyah:

what even? ashton said you were fine with him being a father figure to audrey

To Aliyah:

no i didn't

From Aliyah:

that's not what he said

To Aliyah:

well he fucking lied to you

At this point I was really getting pissed off. I love Aliyah, but she can be really fucking stupid sometimes.

From Aliyah:

well idk what you want me to say then because you don't want to be a father to audrey so what do you want me to do luke? cause i'm fresh out of ideas

To Aliyah:

let me be the father to my own child, that's what i want okay? it's not my fault you didn't tell me that you got pregnant three years ago because if you did, i would have been that father she needs

From Aliyah:

you broke up with me then left right after! what the fuck? i was heartbroken, luke. i didn't know what to do!

To Aliyah:

i was heartbroken too! it wasn't easy okay? not one fucking bit easy to break up with you

A single tear fell down my face. I know breaking up with her was the best thing to do because one, most of the time long distance relationships don't work out. Two, it'd be easier for the both of us to end the relationship on a good note.

From Aliyah:

i don't fucking know anymore luke honestly, you and ashton are making this hard on me. i want you to be in audrey's life so bad, but you just don't seem like you want to be in her life and ashton wants to be so

I really want to fucking hurt Ashton so bad right now, but I won't do that because i'm the bigger person. But, what Ashton is doing is making it so hard not to put my hands on him.

To Aliyah:

let me prove it to you then

I feel like Ashton is taking this as a game. And if he wants to play, I will too. I'm sure as hell not letting him take Audrey and Aliyah away from me.

From Aliyah:

To Aliyah:

aliyah, i really want to be in audrey's life as her father and i want to be apart of your life as well. i love you aliyah so much, and i never stopped. so please let me prove it to you

From Aliyah:

i guess luke, but you better not mess this up. you only get one chance

To Aliyah:

Now all I have to do is not fuck this up. It's going to be hard, but I think I could do this. I can beat Ashton at his own game.

I'm gunna win Aliyah and Audrey and there's nothing Ashton can do about it.

He better have a plan.

Because, Ashton, i'm coming for you.
