Being the kind soul he is, Hoseok allowed you five days to recover from your freak-out on the bus. After panicking and getting off the vehicle, there wasn't much else for you or Hoseok to do so he took you home. Before he left he said he wanted you to take a few days of rest before trying to jump into anything new. You really appreciated this, seeing as you wouldn't be able to focus on anything else for the next little while. You also weren't too sure how you'd feel doing anything physical because you were still a little bothered after being touched by that man on the bus.
For the past few days, you've been staying home for the most part. If you had to work then you'd go in but you didn't voluntarily go out anywhere else. Mei and Yoongi have been leaving you alone mostly. Working with Mei allowed some words to be exchanged when necessary but she knew how you were feeling. You didn't want to be pitied or babied right now and you'd rather be left on your own until you started feeling more like yourself. Mei respected this and Yoongi did too. However, Yoongi could only stay away for so long before he decided it would be too unhealthy for you to continue staying alone.
"I'm coming to your house today. Don't try to lock me out or some shit because I've got a freakin' key and I'm not afraid to use force," was all he said to you over the phone this morning before hanging up.
You knew there would be no point in fighting this so you didn't bother texting him to try and change his mind. You had known he was going to do this eventually, it was only a matter of time. You guys never really did much when he came in these situations. It's not like he pestered you to talk about whatever it was that happened, tried to convince you to do anything different, or wanted you to stop blocking everyone out. He usually turned on Netflix and you guys would watch a movie together--his own sort of therapeutic measures.
Your short friend arrived just after noon, letting himself in and going straight to the kitchen. He grabbed all the snack foods you had before going into the living room and getting comfortable on the couch, with you following behind mindlessly. There wouldn't be much use in resisting and trying to hide in your room. The first few times you did that, Yoongi simply broke into your room and sat on your bed until the silence got too much for you to handle and you cracked.
"What do you feel like watching?" Yoongi asked, scrolling through Netflix's variety of movie genres. "Personally, I would prefer if you didn't pick something shitty or one that'll make us cry. But then again, it's your choice and I won't argue."
"The Notebook," you said, curling up into the corner of the couch.
Yoongi glanced over at you with furrowed brows. "Don't go getting all depressing on me now."
"I haven't seen it in awhile," you said with a shrug. Yoongi didn't make any further complaints and instead started the movie.
It wasn't until about halfway through the movie you rolled over to the other side of the couch and curled up into Yoongi's side. The brunette threw his arm up on the back of the couch, welcoming you while still keeping his eyes trained on the screen.
"Hey Yoongi?" you started. Said man let out a hum to signal that he was listening. "Do you honestly think I'm gonna get better?"
"Of course. You don't?"
"To be honest, it's hard to picture," you replied truthfully.
"You seem to be doing pretty well around Hoseok," Yoongi pointed out.
"Yeah, but the thing is Hoseok's different. He's like you, kinda. You guys are the only exceptions. I still can't handle him as well as I can you but I definitely see myself growing more comfortable around him. I don't know if that will be transferable with other guys though," you explained. "Did Hoseok tell you about what happened on the bus?"
