It was only inches away yet I couldn't bring myself to open the door. I stood there scared and nervous of what was on the other side. Dylan came to my side and opened the door before I could protest. On the other side stood Jayden, looking sexier than ever. Standing there in a plain brown shirt and loose jeans that hung low on his waist. Dylan looked Jayden up and down then nodded and moved out of the way.
"Kylie you look beautiful" I blushed at his words. I wasn't even dressed up, I was more casual than anything else. I waved at Dylan then stepped out of the house making sure I had all of the neccesities. "You look good too." I said smiling at him as he grabbed my hand and led me to the passenger side of his car.
He got in after I did and he started the car up. "I know I didn't tell you anything about tonights date but its a surprise." I actually loved the idea of a surprise but never actually like the surprise its self. There was no way of knowing how to plan for it or even what to wear. "It's fine, but what are we doing?" I couldn't help but let curiosity take over.
"Like I said it's a surprise." He smiled at me then turned his attention back to the road as we drove he just let me talk. He asked things like how school was going and who my teachers were. It was so easy to talk to him that the time it took to get to where ever we were passed by quickly.
"We're here." He turned the car off and got out and walked around to my side and opened the door for me. I wasn't used to someone doing that for me that it took me by surprise. We were parked at what looked to be a large abandoned warehouse but there were multiple floors and light were on everywhere. It reminded me of those scary movies where the girl thinks shes going on a cute romantic date and then ends up with a serial killer. It scared me a bit and I looked over at Jayden.
"You're not going to kill me are you?" I guess my question humored him because a low laugh abrupted from his chest making it quickly move up and down with each breath he took.
"I'm not going to kill you, I promise." With that he took my small hands in his large ones and led me to the, what i assumed to be, front. We walked in and everywhere you looked were paintings, sculptures, or some piece of beautiful artwork.
"What is this place?" I asked looking over at Jayden. He seemed to be in another world the way he looked around. His face seemed to brighten up as he led me to a wall towards the back.
"This is my favorite place in the world." He smiled and led me to a door with the word RESERVED on it. He took a key out of his pocket and opened the door. "Close your eyes." I listened and closed my eyes a little tense about what was going to happen. I felt his hands cover my eyes and he led me to walk foward. His hands left my eyes. "Open." he whispered in my ear sending shivers down my body.
As I opened my eyes I couldnʻt help but let my jaw drop. Inside was an art studio larger than any I have ever seen. It seemed to be sectioned off by what type of art you wanted to work on. On half of the room were supplies used for sculptures and clay work. The other side was full of colors of paints, oils, pencils, and other supplies used in art. On the back wall was a big white board with a bunch of balloons covering it and a big tarp lying on the floor.
"So... This is my art studio." Jayden broke the silence that I hadnʻt realized took over us. "Are you ready for some fun?" He asked as he walked over to the board in the back.
"Hell yeah I am!" I walked up behind him. He took off his shirt and I was hooked. My gaze traveled down his magnificent eight pack to his v cut. My eyes trailed a while until I quickly looked back up at him, he just stood there with a smirk on his face and an eyebrow raised. Caught. My cheeks heated up and I looked down at my shoes and played with the hem of my shirt.
