-Everything has been going wrong for me recently. I think I got up on the wrong side of the bed every day! What the fuck.

"Hey! It's been a while. How was your trip to China? Is Sing alright?"

Tay asked when Krist entered the studio.

"Sawadee. P'Tay. Sing was able to hold his appendix until we landed in Thailand. Then he was taken to the hospital directly. He should be alright."

Krist raked his fingers through his hair.

"Singto misses you."

Tay nudged him.

"Ahh. I miss him, too. I haven't seen him for so long! Where is he? I thought he is coming today."

Krist wonders.

"Oh, about that, he can't. He went to the hospital."

"Hospital?! Is he alright? How come he didn't call me?"

Krist got up from the chair.

"Chill, man. It's not Singto. If it is him, I wouldn't be here. His professor twitched his ankle at school, and he couldn't walk by himself, so Singto took with him. He said he would call you later."

Tay shrugged.

"Oh."

Krist flopped down to the chair and relaxed again.

"I thought you were coming back to our house last night."

Tay glanced at him.

"I was gonna.."

Krist sighed.

"What's happen?"

Tay asked.

"It wasn't a big deal. It's just a small family matter. I was gonna go back from the airport straight, then Mâe called me. Pùu (grandfather /father side) is hospitalized. My parents had to go to Chiangmai. So I have to take care of my sister."

"You won't come back to our house until your parents come back."

"Uhm."

Krist nodded.

"That's not good...Umm, I didn't know your Pùu lives in Chiangmai."

Tay asked.

"Well, he is, but I've never met him in my life because when my Pôr got married to Mâe, he disowned my Pôr. So I kind of surprised that Chiangmai side contacted Pôr."

"Hmm. Maybe your grandfather's last wish?"

Tay shrugged.

"Well, I hope nobody won't bully my Mâe. Although my Mâe Pôr (grandma) passed away, I'm pretty sure other people are still mean."

Krist bit his lower lip.

"Sorry I'm late."

OFF sat down next to Krist.

"...you are late."

Tay said.

"I know. I said, sorry. I had lunch with Gun and Mr. Phunsawat. Arr. Tired."

OFF sipped his water.

"Oh, your future father in law."

Tay shrugged.

"How's doing, P'OFF?"

Krist asked.

"Hey, Kit. I'm doing alright. Why didn't you come back?"
