Poems Pt. 1 (On Going)

Damn

Damn I heard life has been hard,
I feel like you need to let down your guard.
Just relax and chill,
You'll get through this hill.

Of course it's none of my business,
But if you ever need someone I can be your witness.
You poured your whole heart,
To the one who crashed it apart.

I can imagine you saying it hurts,
But it's not like this is one of your firsts.
I hope you get through and I know you're a strong one,
Just hit me up when you're done.

I can sympathise,
And I know it's like you to eventually rise.
The good life will wait for you,
No matter what you do.

At the end of the day all we want is a little love,
To be vulnerable yet fly like a dove.
But this ain't the end,
You just need to learn to forgive and bend.

Shutting people off will do you the most harm,
When all you want to do is fall for the right one's charm.
I know it's complicated but look at it in a wider angle,
And soon you'll understand and untangle.

Whatever you do I just wish the best,
This is just a small test.
Follow your dreams,
Walk carefully through the balance beams.

You've been struggling and I can feel the good things come to you,
I know it's hard but you need to learn to accept everything new.
That comes in your way,
And learn to carve your way.

I'm sorry I haven't asked or checked up,
That was inconsiderate to not ask 'sup.
But we all pay for our and other's prices,
Just have another roll at the dices.
