Living the fast lane,
Finding hard to stay sane.
Killing me slowly,
While you're kissing me softly. So damn wasted,
I felt alive when I tasted.
Telling others we're so blessed,
While trying to ignore that we're stressed. We did a lot just to get here,
I want to keep you near.
I'm high as f*ck,
But never out of luck.Rent's late and hard work,
When I hear your name my ears perk.
You tell me all your sweet lies,
Knowing we'll eventually say our goodbyes. For a moment you're my everything,
My bittersweet forbidden thing.
"I love you." we lie.
A noose around my neck you tie. We're just temporary reliefs for lonely nights,
Craving the fear of falling from heights.
We could go for more,
Sometimes I wonder do I become a bore.Is it really worth it?
Trying a cute dress for you and seeing does it fit?
Candlelight dinners,
Pretending we're winners.
