Do I Hurt You?

Do I hurt you,
When I light myself up like a forest fire?
Doesn't it scare you,
When I destroy my own empire?
I never meant to hurt you and I never meant to love you longer than a season,
But now I'm addicted to loving you without a reason.
I could put you between my lips or between my thighs,
Fill you with the bliss and the lies.
But I'm not that type of b*tch,
I'm the type that will scar you till you need a stitch.
But love ain't that easy and here we go again,
I want to see how would this end and when.
You came from a place where relationships lasts,
And where they forgive the pasts as pasts.
I came from a place where there's more one night stands,
But all we need is empty promises and a couple of our hands.
I'll leave you stranded,
Your heart empty-handed.
Use me one more night,
I'm hoping this time I can see the light.
That you talk so much about,
Guess I'm blind, as my mind fills with doubt.
Guess you need to be left haunted,
You don't know what you're doing or what you wanted.
Don't get me wrong,
You're still no good for me even if you love me all night long.
But maybe just maybe,
You'll be the one who lasts and the one I'll call my baby.
