funny how sometimes you meet someone in your dreams in advance. and when your eyes see them for the first time, there is something curiously familiar about the way the light reflects off the planes of their face. he could have been the boy from your childhood daydreams. but no, there was nothing special about it all really, it was only a pure coincidence. he was just a guy who happened to be in one of your english classes for one day. he just happened to look like the blond boy from one of your nighttime muses. no wonder your mind lingered upon him confusedly. have i seen him before? perhaps in an alternative place... but here nothing you imagine is real. light tricks the eye and so does your own mind.
