my words cannot make you truly realise something or become self-actualised. i don't have responsibilities or control over anything that does not derive from my own hands and heart. i cannot change a person because i want them to change. i can, however, inspire. by sharing pieces of my mind and the lessons i have learned. little fragments of the truth i see. i cannot say that my way of living is the only right way. but perhaps i can show my perspective on things and you mine, so we can understand each other and some of the elements in life better. there exists an infinite number of truths . . . we all see the world in different colours.
but do you know that we start out by being the same. spun out of molecules, composed of particles that belonged to generations of stars. but then we evolve — into an individual celestial being who is shaped into who they are by the dna recipe from their parents, the experiences they have, the dreams which pull their soul towards the light. we are different facets of the diamond that represents our existence as a whole. we are unique, but at the same time, we are alike. our roots are entangled in the soil beneath our feet. we share this earth together. by sharing our different visions and thoughts, and inspiring each other . . . we become self-aware. we also reveal to each other a deeper understanding for the universe we live in. we discover a connection that we have abandoned in pursuit of a materialistic goal. by opening ourselves up, we reveal our own different truths. and we realise that all these different beliefs are just different interpretations of the same thing. but to look around you with clarity, you have to look inside yourself first. the world around you is a reflection of your mindset and the energy you pour both inwards and utwards. don't fear honesty — because on a fundamental level, it is all you have and are. feel your emotions. reawaken your inner child. remember your dreams. find yourself — and life will find you.
