Read if you want to know what his lead is capable of doing:
his lead gives him the power to increase certain abilities like his speed, strength, hearing etc
Although he can't have two abilities increased at the same time, example, if he already has his hearings increased then he cannot have his other abilities to increased as well
He can also increased others (most likely his servamp) ability, though if he does this he cannot increased his own until he stops increasing the other person's ability

I like to think that although Seth can cook world end would always try to drag him to eat out because Seth always had money to spare being in a band and all ;)
