Dangerous (Pt 1)

'The question is where is Spider-man now?' The new reportes said as Tony turned off the tv. Peter looked down at the pizza in front of him holding back tears that threatened to release. Tony couldn't help but feel sad.

"Hey kid don't worry all will be okay." Tony said putting his arm around Peter.

"No have you listened to them? They think I'm a murderer...." Peter sighed taking a small bite of his pepperoni pizza.

Tony shook his head as he walked back to his coffee. "It was a small mistake all will be sorted out."

"But they are right... I'm dangerous... I should have saved her but I couldn't!" Peter replied with a small tear falling down.

Tony bite his lip worried for Peter. Ever since the mayors daughter fell into the hands of a kidnapper who cut her throat after Peter tried to save her, he had been blamed. The police found him holding the girl as she fell down and the kidnapper took off. Now the government was on a hunt for Spider-man.

"We are all human Peter. There are many times where people died because of me not being able to save them, sometimes we can't do it all." Tony said walking to Peter. He embraced Peter in a hug and they stayed there for what felt like ages. 

"Hey Guys There is someone here..." Pepper called out looking out the window.

Tony let go of Peter and walked towards the window to see a bunch of military men circling the building with guns. A man in a suit started up towards the door.

"Peter run out towards the shed in the backyard." Tony said as he quickly ran to lock the door.

Peter nodded his head and bolted out. He ran down the hallways passing by the many empty bedrooms of the avengers due to them being out on a mission. He opened up the back door and saw the shed far out near the woods. He took off running only to suddenly hear a voice.

"Freeze Spider-man." The voice called out.

Peters heart dropped and he turned around to see a group of men with highly equipped weapon.

"What do you guys want?" Peter asked.

"You." The man growled. "Your dangerous Spider-man. You deserve to be locked up."

"It wasn't me who killed the girl!" Peter protested.

Suddenly he felt something sharp insert through his neck and he pulled out the needle that entered. His vision went dark fast and he suddenly fell to the ground.

"None of you guys seen Peter?!" Tony growled at the avengers.

"We were on a mission!" They replied.

Tony's head was spinning as he tried to figure out where Peter could have went. Peter on the other hand opened his eyes to see him stuck in a large box like cage. He looked down at his hands and he was wrapped up in a psycho outfit.

"H-hello? Mr. Stark." Peter called out.

There was silence. Until he heard loud footsteps and a door open. A masculine man stood in from of Peter.

"Who are you? Why am I here? I did nothing wrong!" Peter said as he pulled desperately on the psycho suit.

"Peter Parker. You are a monster you will forever stay in here." The man said.

"Monster? What do you mean I'm just like any other person." Peter yelled

"Can any other person shot webs? Can they stop a bus with there bare hands? I think not! Peter you are a dangerous mutant known to man kind. You won't save you only destroy." The man growled.

Peter glared at him in anger and he chuckled.

"Meals come three times a day if your good we will take you outside once a month. Behave and no punishments will follow." He stated walking off. "You are just a mess up."

Peter glared at him until the doors closed and white walls came down, closing the glass cage he was in. Peter suddenly collapsed down as he tugged on the suit wrapped around him. He just wanted his arms to be freed. His eyes went hot as he felt tears build up and he carefully tucked in his legs against the corner. 'They hate me' he thought, I only destroy..'

"TONY!" Natasha yelled.

Tony came running with Steve behind him. They both looked at the t.v that the avengers were circled around and gasped. The headline read. "Spider-man captured and is currently in a mental ward." The vídeo blurred out Peters face but you could see his body wrapped up in what they put psychos in. He was shaking.

"Why would they do that to a kid!" Tony growled.

Tony was about to storm off when Steve grabbed his arm and turned him around.

"Look." Steve said.

Tony looked at the t.v and it showed a person who looked serious. "Spider-man isn't a hero. We have saved the world from this threat, he isn't a human only a mutant acting like an ordinary human."

"That's it Im going to find my son." Tony said.

"Im coming with you." Steve said grabbing his shield.

Tony nodded his head and the two walked out the house. Tony quickly got his suit on and entered the jet where they both zoomed off.

"Why haven't you eaten." The man said entering the room where Peter sat staring at the wall.

Peters eyes were red and swollen from crying and he had bags under his eyes from not sleeping. His brown curly hair lay a mess on his head and the walls had a few cracks due to Peter kicking them. Peter looked at him with anger.

"I'll eat once my hands are freed. I'm no animal."

"You technically are."

"How? In what way? I try to help the world and this is how you guys repay me! I saved people and dealt with people in which the government couldn't handle!" Peter growled.

"You? Saving people? What a joke. You took away the mayors daughter and not only that but while you were busy stopping bad guys you never once payed attention to the kids who were kidnapped. My kid! He was only 5! And you took away my life that day when I found out he was dead, the murder on the loose still and Spider-man doing nothing about it! You aren't a hero! You are nothing you ugly dog." He shouted kicking the food at Peters face.

His hair got filled with some chicken and as he opened his eyes again he gasped as water was spilt on him. Peters body got lifted off the floor as the tall strong man grabbed him and lifted him up.

"You disgust me. You deserve to be dead and trust me I'm doing everything I can to make sure that happens." He spat.

Peter was thrown to the floor and he managed to open his eyes. His curly hair was drenched and covered his eyes.

"Mr.Stark help!" Peter cried out. "Help me please."
