Random Moments caused by Sam.

A tired Peter headed downstairs. He walked into the kitchen which was filled with talking Avengers and shuffled towards the cups. He grabbed a small cup where he was going to poor organge juice in when suddenly Sam came running in the kitchen chasing a laughing Bucky.

"Give me back red wing!"

"Catch me!" Bucky laughed not paying attention and hitting Peter who watched his cup fall slowly to the group and shatter.

"Fuck." Peter sighed.

Sam gasped at Peter and tried to look so shocked. "Wow, do you kiss your mother with that mouth?"

The sleep deprived Peter looked at Sam and smiled wide. "HA, Jokes on you! I don't have a mother."

Everyone went dead silent and Tony spit out his cup of coffee in shock and looked at Peter. Who was just smiling at Sam.

"AHDHBED Peter!! We talked about this!!" Tony said grabbing Peters arm. "Come on you need to go back to sleep."

Peter was having a moment. You know. One of those fuck everything and everyone don't say a single thing to my face or else I'll explode moments. He walked towards the living room and sat down watching Sherlock Holmes. Great movie acted by a guy named Robert Downey Jr.

"HEY SPOOOODERMAN!" A voice yelled out causing Peter to flinch and turn his head.

Sam smiled evilly at him and Peter turned around looking back at the movie.

"Spooooderman!"

Peter ignored him.

"SPOOOOOOOOOODDDDEEERRRRMANNNNN!!!" He screamed at the top of his lungs, knowing very well he was angering the kid.

Peter had enough and stood up Turing back to him and yelled. "FLUORINE URANIUM CARBON POTASSIUM OFF!!!" He growled right as Tony entered.

Sam looked at him confused while Tony looked like he was about to have a heart attack.

"Wut?" Sam asked.

"PETER BENJAMIN PARKER!" Tony yelled at him. "GO TO YOUR ROOM!"

"WHDHHED UGH FINE! AT LEAST ILL GET PEACE!"

Peter stormed off and Tony turned to Sam who still was confused as hell.

"I'm sorry Sam I didn't think he would yell that at you." Tony sighed as he shook his head and walked out the room.

Sam stood there confused again. "What the hell just happened?" He asked before walking off to his room.

Sam stared at his new team while caring Steve's old shield. Him. The new captain America. His team. This is going to be fun.

"What's our first order Captain?" Wanda asked Sam.

Sam smirked and stood proudly. "As first order of being the new Captain America, first mission I would like to uphold is." He stopped and pointed at Peter who was in his Spider-man suit.

Peter felt his heart jump. Finally he will get to be a huge part in this mission! He will not let Captain America down-

"You're kicked out of the Avengers."

Everyone erupted into laughter leaving Peter confused on what Sam just said.

Peter stopped standing tall and his mouth was wide open. "W-What?! Mr. Stark made me an Avenger!"

Bucky chuckled and smirked at Peter. "By his own will."

"I have the power now and I'm the Captain." Sam added.

Peter went defensive mode now. "Just because you have Mr. Rogers shield doesn't mean you can just kick me out."

"jUsT bEcAuSe yOu hAvE mR. rOgErS sHiElD dOeSnT mEaN yOu cAn jUsT kIcK mE oUt." Sam mimicked.

Peter pouted now leaving Bucky and Sam laughing on the ground. Wanda now went protective sister mode and kicked the two men.

"Kick him out and I'll rip your hearts out." She glared.

The two gulped and nodded there heads.

"Uh- we were just messing around Peter." Sam and Bucky said.

Peter smiled and high-fived Wanda who was now the one smirking.

Sam glared at Peter annoyed as he rambled on to Tony with excitement. The avengers were all at the store and Sam was getting to the point in where he had enough of the annoying little arachnid.

"hey there Spider-man, didn't know you were such an annoying little arachnid." Sam told Peter.

Peter and the Avengers all stopped talking and looked at Sam. The avengers gazes went back and forth between Sam and Peter waiting to see what will happen.

"Hey there Mr. Wilson, didn't realize you were such an annoying little bitch." Peter snapped back.

Bucky went up to Sam laughing. "OOOOOOO!" He said.

Tony joined in and walked towards Sam. "OOOOOOOOO!!"

The other Avengers laughed and did the same thing all saying, "OOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" In Sams ear now leaving Peter smirking.

He was a Queen.
