"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" The avengers screamed as Steve walked into the room. He jumped back a bit, some memory of the war coming at him as the streamers were popped but smiled wide.
His team mates came running towards him and Clint splashed some cupcake on his face. "To our favorite 'boss' in the universe!"
"Awwe thank you guys." Steve smiled staring at the huge cake, bundles of presents, and all his friends. "This really means a lot. I can't remember having a birthday that has so many guests."
Everyone shared a nice laugh and Natasha pulled out Steve's favorite food. Tony set out his favorite ice cream and the group played games. Time passed and soon enough most of the people were drunk, Peter was laughing at everyone's drunken state and Steve had a smile plastered across his face.
"Okay I love you all but I think it's time to head off to bed." Steve said standing up and grabbing Sam before he fell down. This caused Peter to laugh more and watched as everyone stumbled out.
The only person who didn't stumble out was Tony. He didn't seem drunk but he kept drinking from the red cup causing Steve and Peter to give questioning looks.
"You okay there Tony?" Steve asked.
Tony smiled and nodded his head placing the cup down. "You both thought I was drunk like them?" Steve and Peter nodded there head and looked at the billionaire who just chuckled and shook his head.
"He seems a little tipsy." Peter muttered.
"Hey this is lemonade. I actually wanted to stay well you know sober because I have one last birthday gift for you Steve."
Steve looked at Tony as he smiled and grabbed his hand. Peter followed and watched as Tony took Steve outside and slowly began to get down on his knee, pulling out a small box.
"Steve Grant Rogers my best friend, my boyfriend. Who has put up with me for two years... Will you marry me?" Tony asked opening the ring up, hope in his eyes.
Steve gasped, Peter began to jump up and down as he fan boyed. A huge smile appeared on Steve's face and he nodded quickly wrapping his arms around Tony and pulling him into a hug. The two men had tears in there eyes as they held onto one another tightly. Peter screamed yes and was jumping around in a circle.
"Come here son." Tony laughed and Peter smiled before running into his dad, and soon to be Pops arms.
"I'm going to have a Pops!" Peter cried happily hugging his parents.
The two men smiled and kissed his head before the three sat down and stared at the city. Fireworks flew high in the air as the laughter was heard from below. What a beautiful night it was.
