Happy birfday

"Happy Birthday Peter." Peter sighed as he looked around all alone in the middle of the ocean. He was scared and tears slipped down his face as it neared 7 pm.

4 hours earlier

"EVERYONE ON THE YACHT!" Tony yelled happily as the Avengers all went inside. It was Peters birthday and Tony decided to take them all on a boat ride

They all were smiling wide as Tony made Jarvis drive the boat, the land slowly disappearing.

"Peter it's your birthday what should we do?" Natasha asked with a smile.

"I want to go snorkeling once we arrive!" Peter grinned.

The group all talked and ate junk while Tony and Steve baked Peters favorite cake.

"What did you get him for his birthday?" Steve asked Tony as he put the cake in the oven.

"I got it." Tony smiled throwing him papers. "Read it."

Steve lifted up his eye brows and read. His face slowly turning into shock. "PETER IS OFFICIALLY ADOPTED BY YOU?"

Tony smirked and nodded his head. "Yup. What about you?"

"I got him the new series of his comics he likes to read." Steve smiled.

5:00 pm

"Happy Birthday to you!" The Avengers sang as Peter had a wide smile, looking down at the 16 on the cake. "Happy Birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Peter! Happy Birthday to you!"

Peter blew out the candles and everyone clapped before hands flew at his hand and next thing he knew there was cake on his face.

Clint screamed in pure horror. "NOT THE CAKE!"

Peter and the others all erupted into laughter and Peter grabbed a handful of cake instantly throwing it at Tony.

"You brat!" Tony yelled before grabbing cake and throwing it. Peter screamed and ducked quickly, the cake flying at Steve's face instead.

Everyone gasped and Steve removed the cake from his eyes looking at Tony. He nodded his head and threw a handful of cake back at him making him laugh.

"FOOD FIGHT!" Clint and Peter yelled and everyone began screaming as cake flew every which way. Natasha sighed and watched the boys attack one another.

Clint threw a cake piece and it hit Nat's face. Everyone stopped in there tracks, becoming dead silent. Natasha looked at Clint and next thing Clint knew he fell face first into the ocean.

Peter bursted into laughter and he suddenly was in the air then got tossed into the water as well by Steve.

Steve was laughing as he looked down at Peter while Peter tried to throw water at him when suddenly Tony came and pushed Steve over. Steve held onto the wall tightly not wanting to fall. "Have mercy!" He laughed.

"Good bye Cap." Tony smirked when suddenly hands came and he fell over the side clinging onto Steve's legs.

"You both are complete idiots." Natasha smiled staring down at them two. "Have fun in the water."

Natasha slowly began to remove Steve's hands from the wall when another set of arms crashed against Nat's back. She pulled the arm and flipped it over the boat. Everyone watched as Bruce fell into the water.

"How did you think that would work." Peter laughed out and everyone began to laugh.

Natasha used the laughing as a distraction and pulled Steve's hands away, the man falling into the water on top of Tony.
