○How does he not notice it?○

Y/n Pov:

Akaashi is my cousin. We hadn't seen eachother since we were little because he had moved with my uncles to Osaka.

We always texted eachother just to let the other one know how we were, but, as the time went by, we started to get really busy with school and we weren't able to talk everyday. But that didn't make us any distant.

We wouldn't even plan anything because we already knew we wouldn't be able to attend.

And right now, here he was. In front of me. Calling me. I hadn't heard his voice since we were 10. His voice was deep. I missed him so much.

-(Y/n)? Is-is it really you?

-Shut up and hug me.

Like that, I ran to his arms and hugged him like we used to. I guess you could call it a koala hug.

-Omg it's been so long since the last time I saw you (y/n)! You grew so much!

-You too! Akaashi you've grown so much! How's everything? What are you doing here?

-Everything's fine! My parents miss you and Daichi so much! I'm in Fukurodanis' Volleyball team! I'm going to play today against Nekoma... What about you (y/n)? How are you? How's Daichi?

-I'm fine so as Daichi! He also misses you so much! I'm here cause Kenma invited me to watch him play and because Babs is here too and...

-Oh yeah, right, honey I forgot to tell you that.... Akaashi? -Kenma said approaching us.

-Hey man how's it going?

-I'm fine. - Kenma replied quickly almost not even looking at him, looking back to me again- Honey, Babs is outside and she says she has the tea for you...? I didn't know you were a tea enthusiast? Yeah... but she's waiting for you. Hope you can come to me see me play after it!

-Ok, thank you! Don't worry, I want to see you play, we'll be right back! - I replied, smiling at him.

-The court is already ready for the match, Akaashi. We should go. See you later, honey. -Kenma said kissing my forehead.

-Omg did he just called you honey (y/n)? I guess you have a lot of interesting things to tell me after the game... I'll try to update you too... - Akaashi said while walking towards the court.

Babs was outside waiting for me. She was on her phone while eating a waffle when she noticed me.

-Guuurlll come here! I have the tea for you!

-Heyyy Babs! Spill it!

-As you may or may not know I like...

-Waffles. - I ended her sentence.

-Yeah but this is not about it. Right now of course. Every other moment is time for a waffle... As I was saying, you may or may not know that I like...

-Park Jimin?

-Whoa whoa whoa. Lemme finish first girl! Ok I was going to tell you that I liked Kuuro but now that you brought Park Jimin up I guess I'll have to re-think it... you know, Park Jimin raises your standarts too high...

We both laughed a lot for a little.

-Yeah you were saying...

-Yeah so I've been liking Kuuro for over and year but that turd hasn't even noticed yet...

-What? How does he not notice it?

-I don't know, sometimes I think his brain has a delay with the reality satellite... So me and Bokuto have been trying to make him jealous by flirting with eachother and...

-Anddddd???

-GIRL YOU NEED TO WAIT AND HEAR THE WHOLE THING!

-Omg sorry got excited!

-No problem- Babs said between laughs- andd.... he hasn't done anything.

-That bastard!

-I KNOW RIGHT! Yeah, that was it, I needed to update you with what has been going on...

-GIRL DON'T WORRY! THAT SPIKED HAIRED BOY IS GOING TO ASK YOU FOR A DATE NO MATTER WHAT!

-That's the spirit! Kenma knows it too but he hasn't told me anything...

-Don't worry! We need to start thinking for a plan just so he can ask you out.... And we are going to start now!

-(Y/n) calm down! - Babs said laughing.

-I CAN'T CALM DOWN BABS! I SHIP IT!

We both continued laughing.

-Ok let's go see the boys play (y/n)! Kenma will love to see you there cheering for him!

-Yeah, you're right! - I said smiling - Let's go.

And with that, we walked inside the gym to see the boys playing.

Kenma was super focused on the game but when he noticed me on the bench, seeing him play, his eyes sparkled and he smiled. That beautiful smile that makes my heart flutter.
