Ugh where the hell is this sound coming from?

It was like 7 am when I started hearing this annoying sound. I've slept so well today to be honest. I guess I haven't slept like this for a long time.

Being with Kenma made me feel different? Not in a bad way of course! But different... you know? I felt... more safe and confident? Yeah I think you could say so. That boy makes me laugh when I'm hapoy and holds me when I'm feeling down. We weren't even a couple when he started to be like that to me. Of course we still are kind of shy around each other since we've always been like that but we are working on it.

Omg how am i so dumb? This annoying sound... It's my phone! I do really need to change that ringtone...

But why would someone call me at this time in the morning? It shouldn't even be allowed for people to wake up this earlier!

When I got closer to my phone I noticed the caller ID:

1 incoming call:

Accept                                  Decline

I seriously hope everything is fine.

Without even thinking twice, I accepted his call.

-Hey (Y/n)!

-Oh hey Kenma! - i mumbled with a strange voice since I had just woke up.

-Everything's fine? -he asked - your voice sounds kind of wierd...?

-No, no! Don't worry everything's fine! I just woke up thats why! - I replied between giggles. - How about you?

-Im also fine!

I could also sense his smile through the phone.

-Oh right! So-sorry to wake you up so soon but Fukorodani is going to play against us on a friendly match at Nekoma today and we are going to have lunch here too. They haven't arrived yet but I'm here already to prepare some stuff and I was wondering if you wanted to... join us...?

-Oh! Thank you so much Kenma...- I replied. It's not like i didn't like his invitation but meeting so many new people at once... and to be in my future school for the first time... it would be kind of... strange?

-Babs and Kuuro will be here too so you don't really have to worry about so many new faces. - he said after a short silence time.

This boy knows me too well.

-Th-thank you Kenma. I'll be happy to join and support you. - I smiled while talking to him. - When should I go?

-Like... in an hour?

-Yeah that seems go-good! See you soon!

-See you hon-honey.

And like that, he hung up.
