Nighttalks

It was 2 am and Magnus started to hate his alarm clock. He would have really loved to just grab it and throw it at the wall but that would be loud and he didn't want to wake Alec up. They got out of the tube only 30 minutes ago and decided cuddling on the bed was a pretty good idea. Since Alec was pretty exhausted he somehow dozed off minutes ago even he tried really hard to not fall asleep before Magnus. Alecs arms were wrapped around Magnus and they were in the spoon position which Magnus usually loved. This position usually always relaxed him and quickly let him fall alseep but he was so nervous that not even this helped. Really carefully Magnus turned around to face Alec and a slight smile spread over Magnus face when he saw Alecs sleeping figure. Alecs lips were slighty parted and a few hairs were hanging over his forehead. Magnus could even hear some little snores that left Alecs lips which was actually pretty adorable. "I love you, Sunshine." Magnus whispered ever so quietly so Alec wouldn't wake up and he placed a really fearther kiss on Alecs lips. Alec moved and snuggled closer hiding his face in the gap between Magnus shoulder and neck. "I love you too." Alec mumbled against the skinn on Magnus neck making Magnus shiver a bit when the warm breath hit his sensitiv skin. He felt two emotions right now. He was feeling bad for waking Alec up but he was also really glad that Alec was awake now and he was smiling a little because Alec actually heard him. "Sorry that I woke you up..." Magnus apologized and Alec pulled back a little peaking at Magnus with a pretty sleepy smile. "Don't apologize...I didn't want to fall asleep before you but I guess I was tired." Alec answered his voice a little rough sounding also maybe a little confused and a small chuckle left Magnus lips. It was really adorable that Alec wanted to stay awake for him but it was also adorable how he said he WAS tired. "You know you just slept for like 20 minutes." Magnus told Alec who frowned and peaked at the clock behind Magnus. "Oh...well a powernap it was then." Alec chuckled and they both faced each other laying on their sides. "You are still tired and you need your sleep." Magnus didn't want Alec to stay awake for him the whole night and he wouldn't like it if Alec was tired the next day. "I know we can't compare the situation you are in right now and the situation I was in 5 years ago but back then I actually wished I had someone who just stayed awake with me the whole night. It's not like there was no one who wouldn't have done that...there was Jace and dad...mom but I pushed them away. I didn't want them to suffer because I was suffering but now since I'm with you I realized that when you love someone you share that. That's what you have your family for...they are there to help and support you. I'm maybe not your family but I can be that person you share the pain with." Alec spoke really softly and the words touched the buttom of Magnus heard. Alec maybe didn't thought like that but he always found the best words and they came out so unexpected. "You are my family, Alexander and I love you so much. You are always there for me and you help me through this simply because you are here. I can share everything with you and I think of you as my family now." Magnus answered after he took a few seconds trying to find the right words that would appropriated for Alecs. Alec couldn't really believe that he just heard Magnus calling him his family and actually he could cry from happiness but he kept it back. He couldn't cry always from the happiness even it was pretty hard when Magnus was so special. "You're my family too." Alec almost whispered his voice cracking a little and Magnus placed a promissing kiss on Alecs lips.  "So you don't mind staying awake with me?" Magnus asked his voice pretty quiet not because he had to but because he liked the quietness right now and Alec placed a hand over Magnus cheek. "Nop...not even a bit." Alec answered softly caressing Magnus cheek and a more honest smile reached Magnus face even his eyes sparkled a little. "Last year there was this huge storm and Max was so scared that he couldn't sleep the whole night. The storm lasted 3 days and we were all so exhausted after it because Max slept only at the daytime when it wasn't too stormy. 3 days it was all dark and rainy but then the sun came back and there were rainbowa everywhere " Alec had to smile when he thought back to the May last year even he couldn't laugh back then at all but now he could. Magnus was a little confused why Alec told him that even he really liked hearing Alecs little stories but he never told them without a reason behind. "Why are you telling me that?" Magnus asked taking Alecs hand in his and played a little with them. It got a habit of Magnus that whenever he and Alec cuddled or just sat together that he played with Alecs fingers. He didn't know why but he just liked it and he loved the smooth but manly structure of them. "Because I want to tell you that after a long storm there will always follow peacfull and beautiful times. I didn't believe in that at first but now I do...because of you." Alec explained with a soft blush on his cheek and Magnus felt his heart picking up a faster pace. "I believe you." Magnus answered and snuggled closer hiding his face in Alecs chest because he felt save there. He would always feel save im Alecs arms...//tbc I hope you like deep night talks.
