Let's dance

The first time was a mess

"Oh my god...I'm in heaven." Alec moaned when he took a spoon full of their dinner. "I'm happy you like it." Magnus chuckled and also started to eat the meal they cooked together. After their hot makeout session they continued to cook and now they could enjoy the dinner. "Noah texted me by the way. Carters Birthday is on tuesday next week...he invited us, you remember?" Alec asked after taking a sip of the wine and Magnus nodded. "Sure, I do. We will go there with Max, right?" Magnus answered with a smile on his lips and looked at Alec who smiled back. "Yes...also I want to start training again as soon as possible." Alec wanted to start soon because the next dance was pretty hard and he wanted to have time. "Mh...we could also train here. Just for an hour per day...that wouldn't hurt." Magnus suggested and he didn't mind that at all because practice with Alec was always great. It felt like they were conected while they danced and this connection felt incredibl beautiful. "That sounds great...I would love that."  Alec was happy that Magnus enjoyed dancing and he actually seemed to like it just as much as Alec did. They both ate their dinner in a comfortable silence while music was quietly played in the background. Of cours both couldn't keep each other from taking a look at the other one and neither they couldn't help but smile each time they caught the other one straing at them. "Alexander?" Magnus asked when he was done with his meal and whipped his mouth with the white napkin. "Yes?" Alec asked with a small frown and Magnus chuckled a little when he saw that something was on the edge of Alecs mouth. "What?" Alec was really confused and whipped with his hand all over his face but always missed the spot. "Let me help you." Magnus chuckled rasing a hand and swipped his thumb over Alecs lip. Alec was blushing furiosly and blinked a little embaressed through his lashes. "Thanks." Alec mumbled shyly and Magnus looked at his love with a content smile. "I wanted to ask you something." Magnus started to talk but suddenly he was worried and he didn't know how Alec would react. What if Alec thought his question was idiotic? "Magnus? Are you okay? What do you want to ask me?" Alec asked when Magnus was silent for a few moments and seemed to space out. "Mh...it is a little stupid." Magnus answered and avoided to look in Alecs eyes but Alec placed his hand over Magnus that rested on the table. "You told me that I should feel free to ask you anything...now I'm asking you for the same." Alec said with a honest voice and Magnus rose his eyes meeting Alecs again. This man was just too good to be real. "Would you dance our first dance with me?" Magnus asked with bleading eyes and Alec was a little surprised. He was expecting a lot of things but this wasn't one of them and he smiled. "Of course I will." Alec answered seeing how relaxed Magnus whole body became and Magnus flashed him the brightest smile in history. "Come on." Alec suddenly said standing up and pulling a confused Magnus with him. "Alexander...what are you doing?" Magnus laughed following Alec who was still dragging him to the outside of the house. "Stay here!" Alec said with a smile when he finally stopped outside in the garden. "Wha...Alexander?" Magnus yelled after him but he didn't run after Alec and waited like he wanted. Magnus had no idea what just got into Alec but he found it quiet adorable how he was right now. Alec came back a little out of breath with his music sound box and his phone in the other hand. "You remember it?" Alec asked placing the music box on the ground and connected it with his phone. Magnus was first a little confused but then it made click in his head. "What...you mean now?" Magnus answered with wide eyes and Alec turned around facing Magnus. "Yes...you remember it?" Alec asked again and Magnus face softened. "Of course I do...I don't think I could ever forget it." Magnus answered with love in his eyes and Alecs heart started to race. Sure their first dance wasn't the best and it was more a mess...but it was a beautiful mess now that they look back. It was crazy how much each of them grew in this relationship and how Alec formly bloomed in that relationship. They both got to know new sides of theirself in this relationship and could enjoy life with the person they loved. Alec first wasn't sure if he could trust that man and now he was trusting him blindly. He knew that he could place his whole life in Magnus hands and Magnus would protect it with his own life. There was a bound between them that was stronger than other bounds and it was harder to break than any bound. Alec and Magnus completed each other and it felt amazing to share everything of their life.
