"You still want to train now?" Magnus asked when they were on the way back to the studio. "It's late already. We were there for 4 hours." Alec answered and was surprised because the time went by pretty fast. "We can train tomorrow." Alec added and Magnus smiled at him. Magnus was glad that Alec warmed up a little and talked with him. "Okay. When do you want me to be there?" Magnus asked and Alec bite his lip. To dance with Magnus really scared him but he had to. He had to do this for his dad because they traied so hard and now he had to do it. "At 9am." Alec answered and Magnus looked at him with wide eyes. "This early?" Magnus asked with a shocked voice and a smal chuckle left Alecs lips because of Magnus reaction. Alec always got up early and Magnus seemed like he did quiet the oposite. "Yeah or do you want to start later?" Alec said and smiled quickly at Magnus. "No...I can manage." Magnus chuckled and Alec stopped the car in front of the studio. He realized Max was quiet...too quiet. "Look who fell alseep." Magnus chuckled and looked at Max who was sleeping peacfully. "He had a long day. I'll bring him to home now." Alec answered and Magnus nodded with a smile. "I'll see you tomorrow. It was nice to meet you, Alexander." Magnus said softly when he got out of the car. "It was nice to meet you too, Magnus." Alec answered and smiled at Magnus who closed the door of the car. Magnus walked to his car and got in it while Alec was watching it. Alec watched how Magnus drove away and then a single tear rolled down his pale cheek. It were moments like these were he wished he could forget and be normal. But he also was proud of himself because this was a step and he hoped he would make more. Alec whipped the tear away and started the car to head home. Max slept the whole way home and Alec opened the car door of Max seat. "Maxie...we are home." Alec said softly but Max only mumbled something and didn't wake up. Alec chuckled a little and picked Max up before he opened the door for Bear. Bear jumped out of the car and ran to the front door with a fast speed. "No...I want to... the unicorn...Alec please." Max mumbled in Alecs shoulder and Alec chuckled while he took out the key for the door. He opened the door and walked inside to see Jace standing there with a sad face. "Hey, Alec." He smiled weakly and Alec smiled back. "Hey. Sorry it took longer." Alec apologized because he knew Jace really wanted to go with them. "I guess we won't go then." Jace sighed and pointed at Max who was drooling on Alecs shoulder. Alec looked at Max and when he looked back at Jace he was already walking up the stairs. "Hey Jace, we could still go...you know just the two of us." Alec yelled and Jace looked at him with a hug grin but it faded. "You don't have to...it can wait." Jace answered with a weak smile and Alec shook his head. "No. We will go. Be ready in 10 minutes." Alec yelled and Jace nodded with a huge grin while he ran to his room. Alec knew how much this meant to Jace and he had to do this now. He had to get over his fear and be the brother Jace deserved. Jace tried everything to reach out to his brother and all the time Alec rejected him but not anymore. Alec wanted to get back what he and Jace had and he would start now even it was scary. "Alec?" He heard his dad yelling and then he walked in the hallway. "You were gone for 4 hours. Was everything okay?" His dad asked and Alec nodded with a smile. "Yes. Magnus seems really nice and Max was really funny. You should have seem how he turned into a little fangirl." Alec chuckled and Robert was glad to see his son like that. He was scared Alec would put too much pressure on himself but now he saw it was fine. "I guess it was exhausting to be a fangirl." Rober chuckled and looked at his little son. "Alec, hey." Maryse said and walked down the stairs with a smile. "What is going on with Jace? He walks around like a grinning idiot." Maryse chuckled and Robert raised an eyebrow. "Jace? Can we leave?" Alec yelled through the house and put on Sammys collar while Pumkin was playing with Robert in the garden. "I'm coming." Jace yelled and ran down the stairs with a huge grin because he was more than happy to spend time with his big brother. "Do you want to drive or should I?" Alec asked and even it sounded like a normal question for Jace it meant a lot that his brother would let him drive. "No, you can drive. You drive better than me anyway and we don't want Sammy to get a centrifugal trauma." Jace answered and Alec chuckled because of this answer but he was also glad Jace let him drive. "I heard you had your first training day with Magnus. How was it?" Jace asked while he put on his shoes and the happiness in him was rising because he didn't talk this much with Alec the whole month. "It was good...well we didn't train. We went to eat ice cream because he wanted to get to know me first. Max was a fangirl." Alec answered and laughed a little because Max was really a little fangirl but that only made him more adorable. "Is he nice?" Jace asked a bit worried because since the incident 5 years ago he was overprotective about Alec. He hated himself that he wasn't there but he tried to make it up with protecting him now. "He seems nice. I guess we will manage." Alec answered with a little smile and they walked out to the car. Even Alec didn't wanted to be he was nervous as hell and he knew he should trust Jace but he couldn't. He should trust his brother but there was something in him that didn't let him trust him. There was something inside of Alec that Jace was like HIM and all the other were also like HIM. He knew Jace was blaming himself but nothing that happened was Jace fault even he was the reason they met. "Dad told me you went on a date last night." Alec said while he drove out of the yard and the sun slowly went down. "Uhm...yeah." Jace said and his cheeks turned red a little. He wasn't used to talk with his brother about these things or so much at all. "I don't get any details?" Alec asked and bite his lower lip. Talking with Jace felt suddenly easier than before and he could at least give it a try. "She is nice...I think she would fit in our weird family." Jace chuckled and Alec notice that Jace seemed to really like that girl. "Where is Izzy?" Alec asked and Jace smiled weakly at him because he knew it hurt Alec somehow. Jace was the only one who knew what happened including his parents. Alec never wanted that Izzy or Max would find out and Izzy was mad because Simon was never allowed to come over even they were a couple for so long. Izzy was mad at her brother because she knew he was the reason that Simon wasn't allowed to come over but she was even madder because she didn't know why Alec didn't want him in their home. "Don't you think you should talk with her?" Jace asked carefully because he knew this was a tricky topic. Whether it would cause Alec to get angry or he would push him to a breakdown and that was the last thing he wanted. "I can't...she can't know." Alec sighed and he felt tears making their way in his eyes but he blinked them away. He wanted nothing more than his siter back but he preferred her hating him than knowing what was wrong. Izzy was on a trip when the the incident happened and no one lost a word about it when she was back. Alec wished no one knew but he couldn't change it and the less people knew the better. After it that they moved away and Alec changed which worried Izzy but Alec never told her what was going on and she got fustrated. Their relationship was the same as the relationship with Jace...non existent. But now Alec was ready for a change...at least he wanted to rebuild the relationship with Jace and with Izzy it was still complicated. Alec missed his family but he couldn't get over the thing that quickly. Yes it happened years ago but he couldn't help it. "It's okay, Alec. I know It's hard and I'm really happy that you try it." Jace said after a few minutes of silence when he saw how lost Alec was in his thoughts. But was it really okay? "I'm home." Magnus yelled when he entered the huge house and wanted to slap himself right after he said it. Who should be here? He and Camille broke up yesterday and it would be weird if she was still there. Magnus sighed and hung his jacket on the wandrobe before he made his way to the livingroom. "Mr. Bane, you are are back." Suddenly a woman said and Alec turned around to face her. "Mrs. Hunter, I didn't know you were still here. Shouldn't you be home by now?" Magnus asked with a frown and Mrs. Hunter smiled weakly. Mrs. Hunter was Magnus maid for 4 years now and he really liked her. "My car broke this moring and my son wanted to give me a ride but he isn't here. I waited and wanted to ask if it is okay if I call someone with your house phone." Mrs. Hunter answered and Magnus chuckled. "Oh Mrs. Hunter you shouldn't think you have to ask about something like that. I'll call Andrew. He will give you a ride." Magnus said with a soft smile and Mrs. Hunter smiled embaressed at him. Mrs. Hunter was around 50 and she was a really kind person. "Thank you but I don't want to bother anyone." Mrs. Hunter answered and Magnus sighed while he rolled his eyes with a smile. "Don't worry. I can tell Andrew to also pick you up tomorrow if the car is still broken?" Magnus asked and he smiled at Mrs. Hunter. He wanted to be a good boss and not a rich bitch who didn't care about his workers. "Thats would be really nice. Thank you, Mr. Bane." Mrs. Hunter said with a smile and Magnus texted Andrew to give her a lift. "Can I ask you something?" Mrs. Hunter asked after a few seconds and Magnus raised an eyebrow but nodded. "Where is Miss Belcourt?" The lady asked and Magnus let out a long sigh. "She left and she won't be back any time soon." Magnus answered and Mrs. Hunter smiled at him. "You deserve better. She didn't know what she had with you but someone will see what he has with you." Mrs. Hunter answered and Magnus smiled at her. "My name is Magnus by the the way." Magnus smiled and reached out a hand to Mrs. Hunter. "Clea." She answered and shook Magnus hand. After she left Magnus realized how huge and lonly the house was. He let himslef fall on the couch and his mind went to Alec. His mind went to the man with the breathtaking hazel eyes...// tell me what you think❤❤❤🙈🙈🙈🙈
