After five incredibly amazing years, we have decided as a band that it's time to take a hiatus to focus on other projects and take some time to be with our growing families.
The hiatus is NOT for forever, but as of right now there is no end date. Sometime later on, we will be back. We'd like to thank our wonderful fans for supporting us over the years and allowing for us to have the success we did. We'd also like to apologize to anyone that feels like we have let them down. But at the moment this is the best decision for all of us. While we are taking a break, we will be pursuing other ventures and opportunities.
Jesy says: Little Mix has allowed for me to become life long friends with three of the most amazing people, but the time has come for us to go our separate ways for now. I'm incredibly thankful for all the support given to us by our fans and our families who we would often have to neglect for our jobs. Unlike the other girls, I will not be focusing on a different venture right away. I am happy to announce that Chris and I are expecting our first child together. Once again thank you so much for allowing me to go on this journey. Love Jesy ❤️
Leigh-Anne says: I just want to say thank you to everyone that has helped me achieve my dream. It's been a great journey and I can't wait for what awaits me in the future. Little Mix may be taking a break, but the friendships will never take a break. I love the girls to death and wish them good fortune on whatever they decide to do during the hiatus. Love Leigh 💙
Jade says: Five years ago, I was put into a band with three other girls that I didn't really know. Five years ago, I gained three new sisters that have been there for me every step of the way and fans that have supported everything I wanted to do. So as this hiatus comes, I want to thank everyone that supported me. As for what I'm doing during the hiatus, I'm not completely sure yet. There's a lot of different paths I could do. Lexi says: Thank for all the love and support these past five years. I know that this hiatus announcement sounds out of the blue, but after much consideration these past few months we came to this decision. I'm thankful for the girls sticking by me all the time. I'm thankful for Simon and our management team for believing in us. And most importantly I'm thankful for all the fans that made it possible for me to achieve what I have achieved. By no means is this the end of Little Mix or any of our future careers. I fully support anything the girls decide to do during this hiatus and I'll always be cheering them on. There are some very exciting projects that I will be starting soon after my wedding to Joseph Morgan. I can't make the announcement just yet, but it'll be made in the upcoming few months. Once again, thank you for making the past five years the best. Love Lexi 💜😘
