"So how have you been?" Lou asked giving Lexi a mug of hot cocoa. They had seen Lou at the bar which eventually led to her cutting and dying Zayn's hair.
"I've been better." Lexi replied sighing. "I've reconciled with Zayn, so I guess that's something." She added with a shrug.
"It was inevitable that you guys would start talking again." Lou said with a small smile. "You guys always somehow go back to one another in some form or the other. Would you date him again?" She asked glancing at Zayn who was passed out on her living room floor.
"No. I'm always going to love him, he was my first love, but I'm not in love with him. Not anymore." Lexi answered.
"First loves aren't always your true love." Lou told her.
"And your true love doesn't always last." Lexi said thinking of Joseph. She knew that she shouldn't be thinking about him, but her heart couldn't help it. "Zayn and I wrote a song." Lexi said changing the topic.
"Really? Everyone's been wanting a song from you two for ages." Lou said.
"We actually wrote like ten songs, but we chose one that we recorded and plan on releasing not too long after the Little Mix album is released. No promo or anything. We're just going to release and tweet about it." Lexi explained.
"Any way I could get a sneak peak?" Lou questioned grinning.
"Nope, not even Harry has heard it and he's been with us practically all the time." Lexi replied. "It's super top secret." She added.
"I hate you both." Lou said jokingly as Lexi laughed.
